Jerry L. Finley, 77, of Troy, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Albert E. Glines, 80, of Casstown, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ciera M. Hayes, 21, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Christopher Joseph Hughes, 27, of Celina, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Nicole L. Mackenzie, 32, of Akron, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jocelyn Leeann Maupins, 20, of Dayton, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Hunter Robert Mcgrath, 33, of Cass City, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Richard J. Monnin, 51, of Russia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Denae Lynn Perkins, 41, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Cassandra R. Venuk, 28, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jason E. Powell, 35, of Huber Heights, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Shane H. Simpson, 46, of Oxford, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Celeste Renee Smith, 23, of Sandusky, was charged with speeding, 91 mph in a 70 mph, $175 fine.

Kaitlyn Ruth Woerner, 25, of Delaware, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Sierra C. Hamlin Hutchins, 34, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Terri Sue Chiles, 60, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Kennedy Millhouse, 25, of Sidney, was charged with failure to stop after an accident (“hit-skip”), and failure to maintain control (dismissed), 5 days in jail (may be reconsidered if a 72-hour intervention program is completed), $613 fine.

Brian J. Wood, 38, of Sidney, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, $136 fine.

Paul R. Johnson, 37, of Lima, was charged with failure to reinstate license (dismissed under the LIP program), $111 fine.

Brandon L. Lyme, 30, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Damon Layne Prince, 51, of West Mansfield, was charged with traffic in Tawawa Park (amended to lighted lights required), $261 fine.

Kyle Goings, 33, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Rodney L. Schloss, 35, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, 20 days in jail (with house arrest permitted), one year of probation, $488 fine.

Corey A. Evans, 28, of Celina, was charged with driving while texting and failure to file registration, $280 fine.

James Otis, Jr., 46, of Youngstown, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Michael A. Soter, 59, of Kettering, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Tyler Jerry Vendervort, 33, of Cincinnati, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Richard Lee Tomasko, 60, of Coldwater, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Michael Pleasant, 32, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $188 fine.

Shailyn M. Gibson, 33, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), $136 fine.

Orlando Johnson, 45, of Troy, was charged with expired plates, $121 fine.

Tony Dontel Whitfield Warren, 29, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension(dismissed under the LIP program), $113 fine.

Laura M. Velazco, 37, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $188 fine.

Stefani L. Yinger, 50, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.
