SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of August 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Ryan Alex Osterloh, 37, of Minster, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Stephen Paul Younghusband, 59, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, was charged with passing on the right, $136 fine.

Matthew Lee Hudson, 37, of Middletown, was charged with driving without a license, $255 fine.

Scot M. Foreman, 35, of Russells Point, was charged with driving under suspension with restrictions and contempt (dismissed), 10 days of jail or house arrest, $555 fine.

Clayton Noah Crowell, 23, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $261 fine.

Matthew A. Norris, 33, of Piqua, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Juan Ramon Elena Portillo, 44, of Dayton, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Scarlet D. Francis, 58, of Russia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Mary Jo Frances Frey, 61, of Houston, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Luckner Gireau, 43, of Springfield, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Nicole Jo Allen, 21, of Fort Loramie, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Chandon M. Williams, 27, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Rebecca M. Gehret, 29, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 77 mph in a 55 mph, $175 fine.

Gregory Scott McEowen, 27, of Piqua, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Kevin Darion-D’wayne Yarbrough, 25, of Dayton, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Dayla Kay Ann Smith, 27, of Sidney, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Elijah Blake Douglas, 20, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, $136 fine.

Dylan M. Fair, 34, of Sidney, was charged with driving with an expired license, $136 fine.

Vernon L. Bonifas, 37, of Celina, was charged with failure to obey right of way (did not yield from a stop sign), $136 fine.

Riley Jonathan Pollard, 25, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a stop or yield sign, $136 fine.

Carl H. Shaw, 56, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension and contempt (dismissed), $309 fine.

Dylan J. Coverstone, 28, of Sidney was charged with driving under suspension from prior DUI (amended to driving under suspension, 180 days in jail (no good time for three days), $388 fine.
