SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of September 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Joshua Evers, 23, of Bellefontaine, was charged with parking an unlicensed vehicle on a public street, $76 fine.

Linus R. United, 38, of Fresno, was charged with failure to reinstate license, $111 fine.

Mitchell S. Rank, 35, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 40 mph in a 20 mph, $140 fine.

Jeffrey J. Helser, 50, of Harrod, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Chad Richard Stevers, 46, of Findlay, was charged with speeding, 80 mph in a 55 mph, $175 fine.

Leslie R. Puthoff, 57, of Maria Stein, was charged with speeding, 70 mph in a 55 mph, $135 fine.

Wesley Jerrod Bash, 32, of Shelbyville, Indiana, was charged with driving in marked lanes and distracted driving enhancement, $230 fine.

Amber D. Barker, 32, of Wellington, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Savannah Rae Gillem, 25, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Issac L. Edwards, 19, of Sidney, was charged with driving under restrictions and expired plates (both dismissed under the LIP program), $111 fine.

Chadwick L. Kirkland, 34, of Piqua, was charged with driving without a license, and contempt, one day of jail with one day of credit granted, $236 fine.

Kelly Ann Smith, 58, of Rossburg, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Oseania Shanae McDaniel, 28, of Nashville, Tennessee, was charged with speeding, 93 mph in a 70 mph, $175 fine.

Preston Ian Knasel, 22, of Sidney, was charged with failure to control/weaving, $136 fine.

Brandy Huddelston, 33, of Anna, was charged with reasonable control (dismissed), and leaving the scene of an accident, $218 fine and license suspended with limited privileges.

Crystal L. Harris, 35, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension with restrictions and failure to obey a traffic control device (no left turn from school between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.), 10 days in jail or house arrest to begin on April 27, 2022, $463 fine, and one year of probation.

Jeremy Douglas, 48, of Sidney, was charged with driving without a CDL license, $261 fine.

Brooke M. Wilson, 31, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (no left turn from school between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.), $136 fine.

Glenn F. Culp, 78, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Melissa J. Bolin, 45, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Aaron Slaven, 40, of DeGraff, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Cassie M. Shrewsbury, 30, of Sidney, was charged with driving with an expired license (under six months), $136 fine.

Destiney A. Hoel, 22, of DeGraff, was charged with driving with expired plates, $136 fine.

Tina M. Luma, 59, of Wapakoneta, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (incomplete stop at stop sign), $125 fine.

John L. Gamble, 63, of Van Wert, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Leonardo Medal Aguiniga, 20, of Troy, was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control, $130 fine.

Elijah A. Jock, 19, of Maplewood, was charged with failure to obey stop light regulations (two or more stop lights required), $130 fine.

Aaron Christopher Kennedy, 22, of Walbridge, was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control, $130 fine.
