SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of September 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Jesus F. Gonzalez, 36, of Weslaco, Texas, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Heather M. Michael, 30, of Quincy, was charged with failure to control weaving, $135 fine.

Christopher Lee Gasson, 32, of Sidney, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Jonathan Christopher Garlock, 22, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Justice L. Williams, 23, of Dayton, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Austin T. Gambrel, 25, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Joshua T. James, 33, of St. Henry, was charged with speeding, 51 mph in a 35 mph, $141 fine.

Anita R. Watren, 45, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Nadia Galuma, 21, of Lexington, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jacob D. Dodds, 25, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Samuel David Fisher, 18, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Franklin A. G. Amargos, 35, of Pickerington, was charged with speeding, 50 in a 35 mph, amended to 20 mph in a 35 mph, $125 fine.

Davon Montreil Featchurs, 30, of Toledo, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Marcellaus Edwards, Jr., 31, of Dayton, was charged with driving under restrictions (child support), speeding, failure to file registration, and contempt, $155 fine.

Danielle Elizabeth Abner, 22, of Fletcher, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Rosendo Diaz, Jr., 35, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Providenza A. D’aleo, 46, of Fairview, Tennessee, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kelly Jo Barker, 53, of Sidney, was charged with starting and backing vehicles, $136 fine.

David P. Mangen, Jr., 22, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates (dismissed), and driving under suspension, 90 days in jail (must report to jail for three days on Feb. 25, 2022, and for 87 days on Aug. 26, 2022.

Lear Ezekiel Current, 22, of Degraff, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, $130 fine.

Sarann Marie Cromes, 25, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Debohah I. Burkhart, 62, of Sidney, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, $186 fine.

Jesse Garon Cooley, 36, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Charles Clark, 77, of Waynesville, was charged with unsafe operation around an emergency vehicle, $130 fine.

James A. Castle, 25, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 79 mph in a 55 mph, $175 fine.

Daiveon Akeem Carlisle, 26, of Smyrna, Georgia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Garrett Bryant Buell, 32, of Troy, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

David A. Breland, 51, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 102 mph in a 70 mph, $255 fine.

Stephen A. Bostick, 60, of Sidney, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Joanna Marie Benanzer, 29, of New Bremen, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jaden Meleah Abney, 18, of Hamilton, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Benjamin L. Doseck, 33, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Alyssa D. Miller, 28, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 33 mph in a 20 mph, $141 fine.

Brianna N. Johnson, 30, of Sidney, was charged with opening door in traffic, $136 fine.

Miracle Margaret Fields, 22, of Piqua, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a temporary permit, $161 fine.
