SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of September 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Salah M. Al Obaidi, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky, was charged with child restraint system, $140 fine.

Rachelle L. Ogg, 29, of Waterford, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Logan E. Bradshaw, 22, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Julius Maurice Moore, 44, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Mahmoud Qais Ahmed Ali, 30, of Dearborn, Michigan, was charged with failure to display plate, $130 fine.

Walter James Cole, 34, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 72 mph in a 55 mph, amended to 59 mph in a 55 mph, $255 fine.

Jacob Christopher Gabel, 26, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jonathan Carl Haworth, 38, of Dayton, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Joseph C. Henke, 52, of Fort Loramie, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Dennis S. Cecil, 19, of Sidney, was charged with driving without a license and failing to stop for a school bus, $261 fine.

Colson Jeffrey Hutchins, 21, of Cincinnati, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Patrick C. Martin, 36, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Olivia Lillian Rollins, 23, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Melissa L. Brown, 44, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), $136 fine.

Jeremy S. Fogt, 43, of Troy, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), $136 fine.

Nathaniel L. Reedy, 19, of Wapakoneta, was charged with failure to stop at a traffic light, $130 fine.

Andrea Nicole Tate, 38, of Middletown, was charged with speeding, 49 mph in a 25 mph, $175 fine.

Amy E. Rowe, 35, of Harrod, was charged with speeding and failure to maintain reasonable control, $200 fine.

Marsha S. Roberts, 54, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Naomi Elizabeth L. Jones, 25, of Sidney, was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control, $136 fine.

Tyler Donald Gibson, 25, of Coldwater, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $122 fine.

Heather A. Lloyd, 36, of Fort Loramie, was charged with contempt (dismissed) and driving under suspension, $311 fine.

Daniel Orndorff, 26, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license and contempt, $230 fine, case reopened.

Oscar Andre Druckemiller, 23, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Angela Renee Schmidt, 47, of Sidney, was charged with driving without a license, $136 fine.

Emily Rose Chomiczewski, 22, of Lutz, Florida, was charged with failure to use turn signal, $130 fine.

Dennis Radick, 65, of Anna, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign),

Devin Bell, 24, of Piqua, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (unspecified), $136 fine.

Ralph P. Angstmann, 70, of St. Marys, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), $136 fine.

Christopher David Anthony Saulters, 19, of Hamilton, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Amy D. Cleverly, 53, of Dayton, was charged with speeding, 54 mph in a 35 mph, $141 fine.

Tevin M. Tevis, 31, of Sidney, was charged with not stopping after an accident, driving without a license, and failure to maintain an assured clear distance, licenses suspension for 180 days with limited privileges, one year of probation, $663 fine.

Marcus A. Fair, 36, of Dayton, was charged with driving under suspension, 10 days of jail (or house arrest), 1 year of probation, $488 fine.

Kevin M. Modd, 34, of Findlay, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Jonathan A. Roller, 19, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, 80 mph in a 55 mph, $181 fine.

April Frazee, 44, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Joshua Stephen Aldrich, 23, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Kathrine Rose Briggs, 26, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, dismissed under the LIP program, $111 fine.

Kyle A. Ratcliff, 28, of Quincy, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

LaJuan S. Monroe, 40, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was charged with speeding, 67 mph in a 35 mph, amended to 49 in a 35 mph, $135 fine.

Sherry Skeens, 56, of Houston, was charged with driving under suspension, failure to stop after an accident, and reasonable control, case is open.
