SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of October 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Dennis Lee Burghardt, 64, of New Tazewell, Tennessee, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Melissa Ann Gaukin, 46, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Amy Hilyard, 40, of Sidney, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Megan Christine Hoaglin, 26, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, driver seat belt violation, and speeding (all charges dismissed under the LIP program), $105 fine.

Sierra D. Marshal, 27, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 62 mph in a 35 mph, $205 fine.

Denis MacKenley, 27, of Springfield, was charged with driving under suspension, turn and stop signals, and distracted driving enhancement, $380 fine.

Erin E. Snyder, 32, of Belle Center, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Joshua A. Muhlenkamp, 34, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ibrahima S. Camara, 27, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (no left turn sign during school hours), $136 fine.

Lee C. Pitts, 70, of Botkins, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Malibu Marie Dejesus Prince, 20, of Celina, was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control, $136 fine.

Joslyn R. Slone, 22, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $186 fine.

Sandra L. Piatt, 56, of Vandalia, was charged with speeding, $131 fine.

Chance Lane Kaczmarek, 29, of Sidney, was charged with operation of a vehicle at a stop bar before a crosswalk, $136 fine.

Nori Matsuoka, 39, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign), $136 fine.

Monica L. Wilson, 51, of Sidney, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Allison Douglas, 24, of Troy, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Tina Dawn Arnett, 44, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 39 mph in a 20 mph, amended to 29 mph in a 25 mph, $261 fine.

Monique D. DeLarosa, 34, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Darian M. Williams, 32, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license and expired plates (both were dismissed under the LIP program), $111 fine.

Davonah F. Knight, 47, of Sidney, was charged with driving without a license, $136 fine.

Darion J. Long, 24, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Wenchao Zhang, 38, of Mason, was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Tyler John Batton, 22, of Troy, was charged with driving in marked lanes, $130 fine.

Kevin Edward Lunz, 54, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, 57 mph in a 35 mph, $175 fine.

Bill Joe Beaver, Jr., 21, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Wynton D. Blake, 35, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Frances Leigh Brink, 63, of Taylorsville, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Cara Marie Dauch, 24, of Bellefontaine, was charged with failure to stop at a traffic light, $130 fine.

Alexander Scott Ference, 26, of Dayton, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.
