-4:40 a.m.: crime in progress. Joshua K. Danner, 38, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.

-2:47 a.m.: summons. Adam Joseph Searcy, 23, of Sidney, was given a summons to appear in court for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

MONDAY

-11:55 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 800 block of East Court Street.

-8:56 p.m.: shots heard or fired. Police responded to shots heard or fired in the 200 block of Brooklyn Avenue.

-7:26 p.m.: fight. Police responded to a fight in progress in the 300 block of Jefferson Street.

-3:09 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the area of South Ohio Avenue and East Court Street.

-1:33 p.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 400 block of North Main Avenue.

-1:02 p.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 600 block of Michigan Street.

-9:29 a.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 1000 block of Hawthorne Drive.

-9:10 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 200 block of Karen Avenue.

-8:38 a.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 1000 block of Hill Top Avenue.

-8:22 a.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 1000 block of Timberidge Drive.

-8:15 a.m.: crime in progress. Jesse Allen White, 34, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

-8:04 a.m.: trespassing. Police removed someone in the 300 block of Lake Street.

-5:09 a.m.: recovered stolen property or vehicle. Police recovered stolen property or a vehicle.

Crashes

Beth Anne Neubacher, 28, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 4:15 p.m.

Janice Marie Grieve, 73, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on state Route 47 when Neubacher pulled out of a driveway near Wendy’s in front of Grieve, causing Grieve to strike Neubacher.
