-3 a.m.: crime in progress. Randy Charles Thompson Burdiss, 29, of Columbus, was arrested for obstructing official business.

TUESDAY

-10:17 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 1000 block of East Court Street.

-8:33 p.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

-3:40 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 400 block of Shie Avenue.

-3:32 p.m.: stolen vehicle. Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

-1:15 p.m.: solicitors. Police responded to solicitors in the 200 block of East Water Street.

-12:51 p.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

-10:24 a.m.: theft. Police responded to a theft in progress in the 100 block of West Court Street.

-12:43 a.m.: intoxicated driver. Police responded to an intoxicated driver in the 1000 block of St. Marys Avenue.

MONDAY

-11:25 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 300 block of Enterprise Avenue.

-3:12 p.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report in the 1000 block of Huron Court.

-2:16 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 1000 block of North Main Avenue.

-1:19 p.m.: trespassing. Police responded to trespassing in the 700 block of Kathy Avenue.

-11:14 a.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 2000 block of Wapakoneta Avenue.

Crashes

Brett M. Reimer, 28, of Mason, was cited with driving within lanes or continuous lines of traffic after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 3:55 p.m.

Reimer and Robert T. Freund, 80, of Sidney, were both traveling northbound on South Main Avenue in separate lanes when Reimer attempted to change lanes and struck Freund.

• Michelle Carson, 19, of Sidney, was cited with driving within lanes or continuous lines or traffic after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 2:49 p.m.

Carson and Vicki Sue Smith, 61, of Sidney, were both traveling westbound on Michigan Street in separate lanes when Carson attempted to change lanes and struck Smith.
