-9:09 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

-7:44 p.m.: warrant. Dwayne Anthony Hubbard, 35, of Pasco, was arrested on a warrant.

-5:38 p.m.: crime in progress. Michael P. Newton, 45, of Sidney, was arrested for criminal damaging/endangering.

-5:15 p.m.: warrant. Misty Rose Mowery, 30, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-4 p.m.: warrant. Benjamin Cain Barger, 38, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-1:30 p.m.: warrant. Samantha Ann Miller, 37, of Lima, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:07 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the area of Fair Road and South Vandemark Road.

-9:30 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

-8:29 a.m.: warrant. Kenneth Allen White, 31, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-7:37 a.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 2000 block of Wapakoneta Avenue.

Crashes

Angela F. Crim, 55, of Sidney, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on Oct. 26 at 10:25 a.m.

Crim was traveling northbound on St. Marys Avenue and Karen M. Adkins, 64, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on East Russell Road. Crim failed to stop for a red light and was struck by Adkins at the intersection of East Russell Road and St. Marys Avenue.
