-7:11 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the area of West Court Street and Fourth Avenue.

-5:23 p.m.: trespassing. Police removed someone in the 200 block of South Miami Avenue.

-4:34 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 1000 block of Hill Top Avenue.

-2:19 p.m.: criminal mischief. Police responded to criminal mischief in the 800 block of Port Jefferson Road.

-9:33 p.m.: crime in progress. Crystal Sue Litton, 42, of Sidney, was arrested for endangering children.

-9:11 p.m.: subject with a gun. Police responded to someone with a gun in the 400 block of Folkerth Avenue.

-8:25 p.m.: crime in progress. Zachary Sebastian Dale Fitchpatrick, 28, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.

-5:08 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 500 block of Rauth Street.

-4:19 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police responded to a breaking and entering in progress in the 600 block of Park Street.

-3:23 p.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 100 block of Piper Street.

-1:15 p.m.: summons. Josey Luella Hartman, 32, of Sidney, was given a summons to appear in court for dogs and other animals running at large.

-11:52 a.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 600 block of North Main Avenue.

-2:05 a.m.: fight. Police responded to a fight in progress in the 500 block of North Vandemark Road.

-12:37 a.m.: crime in progress. Robert Joseph Parker, 35, of Sidney, was arrested for assault.

FRIDAY

-10:26 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Kathy Avenue.

-8:32 p.m.: shots heard or fired. Police responded to shots heard or fired in the 200 block of Doorley Road.

-5:27 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 400 block of Jefferson Street.

-5:14 p.m.: assault. Police responded to a past assault in the 300 block of Doering Street.

-4:28 p.m.: fraud. Police responded to a fraud report in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

-2:34 p.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 900 block of Childrens Home Road.

-10:52 a.m.: fraud. Police responded to a fraud report in the 1000 block of Fairington Drive.

-4:31 a.m.: crime in progress. Brandon Carl Lee Vanhook, 30, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.

-3:51 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 300 block of Forest Street.

Crashes

Helen L. Kellar, 83, of Sidney, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 2:06 p.m.

Kellar was attempting to turn left onto Vandemark Road from Gleason Street. Kellar failed to ensure the intersection was clear and was struck by Nancy Marie Jones, 63, of Sidney, who was traveling southbound on Vandemark Road.

• Dwight D. Moore, 29, of Sidney, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 6:11 p.m.

Moore and Alexa L. King, 23, of Degraff, were at the intersection of East Court Street and South Main Avenue. King was westbound on East Court Street and Moore was eastbound attempting to turn left onto South Main Avenue. Moore turned in front of King, causing King to strike Moore.

• Samantha Lynn Martin, 43, of Sidney, was cited with failure to stop after a crash after a two-vehicle crash on Oct. 13 at 8:29 p.m.

Martin was parked in front of the Clark gas station at 125 W. Court St. when she backed out of the parking spot and struck a parked car owned by Charles W. Shockey, of Piqua, which was parked at a pump. Martin then left the scene.
