WEDNESDAY

-10:48 p.m.: theft. Wayne Wagner, 1135 Hilltop Ave., Apt. B, reported his cell phone, valued at $100, was lost or stolen while in his juvenile son’s possession in the apartment complex.

-9:33 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested Wayne H. King, 52, at large, at the Days Inn, 400 Folkerth Ave. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

-9:05 p.m.: theft. A juvenile reported his bicycle, valued at $700, was stolen from near the Sidney High School football stadium.

-8:35 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police arrested Zachary J. Van Auken, 30, 503 Monroe St.; Erik R. Green, 26, 230 S. Miami Ave.; and Kyleih S. Hall, 21, of Piqua, on charges of criminal trespass. They allegedly trespassed at the former Wagner Ware plant, 440 Fair Road.

-7:50 p.m.: theft. Police were called to Walmart after store personnel reported having two shoplifters in custody. Arrested on theft charges were Chad D. Swan, 27, and Debra N. Blount, 22, both of 415 S. Miami Ave.

-3:30 p.m.: theft. Judy Lewis, 435 S. Highland Ave., reported a laptop computer, valued at $500, was stolen from her residence. Police arrested Jacob M. Lewis, 26, at large, and Danny L. Bryant, 36, 302 E. Court St., in connection with the theft. Lewis was charged with theft and Bryant was charged with receiving stolen property.

-2:53 p.m.: property lost. Robin Huecker, 10979 Comanche Drive, reported losing her cell phone.

-1:54 p.m.: property found. A cell phone found at Tawawa Park was given to police.

-12:34 p.m.: theft. Beth Griffith, 508 S. Miami Ave., reported someone entered her residence and stole an Xbox and game, valued at $190.

-12:31 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested Wayne H. King, 52, 1551 Cedarbrook Place, at Kroger on a charge of disorderly conduct.

-11:16 a.m.: property found. A key attached to two key chains was found at Tawawa Park and given to police.

-9:38 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested Devin L. Wilson, 24, of Piqua, on a warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

-9:19 a.m.: theft. Rachel Strohmenger, 708 Norwood Drive, reported $5 cash was stolen from her vehicle at her residence.

-8:18 a.m.: theft. Aaron Tanner, 1520 Spruce Ave., Apt. 3, reported someone stole two computer speakers, valued at $12, from his vehicle at his residence.

-7:30 a.m.: theft. Donovan Clark, 759 Johnston Drive, reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle at his residence and stole an iPad, iPod and cell phone, valued at $875.

SATURDAY

-2:29 p.m.: theft. Personnel at Sidney Food Mart, 1206 Michigan St., said two people entered the store, took merchandise and concealed it inside their clothing, and left the store. Stolen was $4.77 worth of merchandise.

-3:23 to 4:54 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

WEDNESDAY

-10:15 a.m. to 10:55 p.m.: Medics responded to nine calls.
