SIDNEY — In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, Cody Koppin, 18, 14555 Staley Road, Anna, appeared for the final time for 10 hunting- and animal-related charges.

Judge Duane Goettemoeller ordered Koppin to spend 18 days in jail, serve probation, complete community service, and anger rage counseling. Below is a break down of his charges and the penalty he received for each:

• State ownership wild animals, $150 fine, $10 costs, three days in jail, probation.

• Robert Holloway, 21, 2692 Bridelwood Drive, no operators license, $25 fine, $111 costs.

• Danielle Small, 826 S. Walnut Ave., starting and backing vehicles, $25 fine, $111 costs.

• Stacy Smith, 32, 603 S. Main Ave., DUS/restrictions, dismissed, $111 costs, license intervention program successful.

• Karen Ransbottom, 31, 730 Chestnut Ave., expired license plates, $25 fine, $111 costs.

• Hilary Davis, 26, 845 N. West Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine, $111 costs.

In Sidney Municipal Court Monday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Joey Cockroft, 19, 347 E. Court St., $150 for obstructing official business. He was also ordered to complete probation and 40 hours of community service. He was also fined $50 for prohibitions/minors under 21. For that charge he was also given probation, $103 in costs, and evaluation. For a third charge of criminal trespass he was fined $50 and $10 in costs.

• Jeffrey Richmond, 44, 122 W. North St., Apt. B, trafficking in drugs, dismissed, $105 costs, $88 bonds.

• Jody Moon, 54, 721 N. West Ave., obstructing official business, dismissed; DUI alcohol drugs first offense, $375 fine, $103 costs, license suspension, five days in jail, $64 bonds, probation; DUI breath first offense, dismissed; driving within lanes/continued lines, dismissed.

• Donald Sharp, 26, 1011 Hayes St., no fishing license, $50 fine, $105 costs, probation.

• Isaac Hunter, 24, 311 S. Miami Ave., criminal trespass, $100 fine, $113 costs, probation, 20 hours of community service, evaluation.

• Joshua Preston, 26, 474 Oakleaf Court, display of license, $250 fine, $111 costs, $111 bonds, license intervention program successful, 20 days in jail, 10 days of house arrest.

• David Jess, 61, 426 E. Court St., no rear view mirror, $25 fine, $111 costs.

This week’s felony cases:

• Zoey Kellem, one count of drug abuse and one count of possession of criminal tools, felonies of the fifth-degree, next court date is June 1, to appoint a public defender.

• Winchester Wiley, one count of drug abuse, a felony of the fifth-degree, next court date is May 31, for a preliminary hearing.

• Chad Wilson, one count of forgery and one count of theft, both felonies of the fourth-degree, next court date is June 1 for a preliminary hearing.
