WEDNESDAY

-2:12 a.m.: found property. A BMW key was found at Kroger on Michigan Street and was turned into the Police Department.

TUESDAY

-11:36 p.m.: theft. Police investigated a report made by Marvin’s Garage on Wapakoneta Avenue of the theft of a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica and vandalism of a double pane glass in door broken out and an overhead garage door destroyed. The vehicle was recovered by Police prior to it being discovered stolen.

-9 p.m.: theft. Brandon Yantis, 29, 1620 Cypress Place, reported the theft of his Buluga watch valued at $630.

-5:11 p.m.: theft. Mary Thompson, 36, 309 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of her LG cellphone from her residence.

-12:06 p.m.: theft. Save A Lot on Michigan Avenue reported the theft of $500.

-11:46 a.m.: assault. Crowley Miller, 53, Dayton, was assaulted resulting in apparent minor injuries of cuts to his left triceps at International Automotive Components on Schlater Drive.

-10:46 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jeffrey Barhorst, 49, Fort Loramie, reported damage to a stove, cabinets, interior doors and windows of 1003 Port Jefferson Road.

-10:36 a.m.: warrant. Nitaben Patel, 42, 1350 Campbell Road, was arrested on a warrant.

-10:15 a.m.: warrant. Robert Barga, 40, 611 Chestnut Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

Accidents

Cheryl Drinkwine, 60, New Knoxville, was cited with starting and backing after an accident on Tuesday at 11:29 a.m.

Drinkwine was backing out of a parking spot on South Main Avenue and hit another vehicle that was stopped in traffic and facing northbound on South Main Avenue at Court Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Cooper Rubin, 21, 2451 S. Knoop Johnson Road.

• Christine Hughes, 45, Piqua, was cited with failure to control following an accident on Monday at 9:37 p.m.

Hughes was traveling southbound in the right side of the roadway in the 500 block of South Ohio Avenue, when she reached down to get her dropped cigarette and then veered off the road to the right and struck another vehicle that was legally parked.

The owner of the other vehicle is Brandon Landis, 505 1/2 S. Ohio Ave.

• Lauren Ordean, 17, 812 Dingman St., was cited with assured clear distance after an accident on Monday at 2:29 p.m.

Ordean was traveling westbound on Michigan Street at Vandemark Road in the left turn lane when she struck another vehicle that was stopped in traffic in front of her.

The driver of the other vehicle was Tyson Houts, 34, 851 Fielding Road.

WEDNESDAY

-6:02 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

TUESDAY

-10:19 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

-10:16 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 548 Culvert St. on a report of a hot smell. Nothing was found.

-1:52 to 10:07 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
