-10:45 a.m.: contempt. Jeffery Collingsworth, 41, 418 Belmont St., Apt 1E, was arrested on a bench warrant.

SUNDAY

-11:05 p.m.: theft. Julia Parsons, 46, 616 ½ N. Miami Ave., reported someone she knows stole her Apple IPhone 5 from her residence without her permission.

-1:18 p.m.: theft. Joseph Lowry, 46, 302 Hall Ave., reported the theft of his 1994 Ford F150 truck and 24-foot ladder from 302 Charles Ave. between midnight and 1:18 p.m.

-1:12 p.m.: found property. A wallet containing money and miscellaneous documents belonging to Jose Carlos Epigmenio-Vazquez was found at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-4:38 a.m.: driving under the influence. Hannah Sirch, 24, Piqua, was arrested for OVI.

SATURDAY

-6:53 p.m.: contempt. Brian Kinkle, 26, 652 S. Main Ave., was arrested on an active warrant.

-6:17 a.m.: theft. Joseph Riddle, 39, 111 Bay St., reported the theft of a stand-alone air conditioning unit from 130 E. Poplar St. A police investigation is ongoing.

-5:33 p.m.: found property. A black backpack containing a grey and black blanket and other personal items was found behind the property of 812 Spruce Ave.

-3:14 p.m.: criminal damaging. Lisa Ferguson, 39, 1720 Fair Oaks Drive, reported someone had spray painted the 2012 silver Chevrolet Impala belonging to Joe LeMaster, 28, 1720 Fair Oaks Drive, at their residence.

-9:53 a.m.: theft. Ruth Spaugy, 77, 1038 N. Main Ave., reported someone removed the hubcaps from her vehicle between Thursday at 7 a.m. and Friday at 7 a.m. near her residence.

-9:36 a.m.: littering. Sarah Earls, 24, 708 Foraker Ave., reported someone has been littering on her driveway.

FRIDAY

-8 p.m.: found property. A silver Apple IPhone was found at 1000 Whipp Road and turned into the police department.

THURSDAY

-12:02 p.m.: found property. A boy’s grey Roadmaster bike was found and turned into the police department and was placed in the city garage.

-11:33 a.m. theft. Jacob Batton, 22, 422 E. Court St., reported someone shattered the back window of his vehicle and stole golf clubs, clothes and other items.

Accidents

No one was cited after an accident on Monday at 7:57 p.m.

Jane Schmitz, 54, 742 Marva Lane, was traveling westbound on East Hoewisher Road when a large dog darted out from the yard of 760 E. Hoewisher Road. The dog was taken to the vet by its owners.

No contact was made with the dog’s owners.

• Tyler Timmons, 22, 527 Chestnut Ave., was cited with improper lane change after an accident on Saturday at 10:10 p.m.

Timmons was traveling westbound on state Route 47 and as he attempted to change lanes struck another vehicle that was also traveling westbound in the far right lane

The driver of the other vehicle was Steven Eilerman, 51, 1813 Shawnee Drive.

• Cheyenne Peredo, 21, Cincinnati, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Saturday at 8:54 p.m.

Peredo was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue in the right turn lane when she hit the rear of another vehicle stopped at the traffic light in front of her. Peredo sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The other vehicle sustained minor damage.

The driver of the other vehicle was Donald Wilson, 56, 1802 Burkwood Drive.

• Jacob Batton, 22, 317 Robinwood St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Saturday at 8:43 a.m.

Batton was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 when he hit the rear of another vehicle stopped at a red light in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Timothy Roach, 61, 324 Dorman Drive.

• Louis Russell, 62, 436 N. Knoop Johnston Road, was cited with traffic control device after an accident on Friday at 4 p.m.

Russell was traveling westbound on West Court Street and as he was approaching the red light at the intersection of South West Avenue he did not stop and struck another vehicle traveling southbound on South West Avenue approaching the green light at the intersection of West Court Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Steven Woolley, 62, 16303 Kirkwood Road.

• No one was cited after an accident on Friday at 9:34 a.m.

Beth Berning, 44, Fort Loramie, was backing out of a parking space in the private parking lot of the Shelby County Counseling Center on North Vandemark Road when she struck another vehicle that was traveling southwest through the parking lot.

The driver of the other vehicle was Carol Argabright, 68, 1854 Fair Oaks Drive.

TUESDAY

-8:54 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to the 90 mile-marker on Interstate 75 on the report of a motor vehicle accident.

-4:41 to 7:16 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

-12:39 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to the 3000 block of Mill Creek Road on the report of an auto accident.

-2:51 p.m. medical. Medics responded to the 700 block of Bennett Circle on an invalid assist.
