TUESDAY

-10:51 a.m.: contempt. Debra Lopez, 35, at large, was arrested on an active warrant out of Sidney Municipal Court.

-10:11 p.m.: driving under suspension. Gary Drew, 28, 719 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. B, was charged with driving under license suspension.

-9:31 p.m.: burglary. Kathryn Gossard, 70, 311 W. Parkwood St., reported the theft of the medication belonging to Michael Gossard, 72, 8781 Hardin Wapak Road, from her residence.

MONDAY

-11:50 p.m.: arson. An Americans flag was reported being set on fire at East Popular Street and North Main Avenue.

Accidents

Joyce Chambers, 62, 119 Foster Road, was cited with starting and backing after an accident on Tuesday at 5:42 p.m.

Chambers was backing out of a private drive onto Grove Street and struck another vehicle parked on the street.

The owner of the other vehicle is Britany Lowe, 24, Piqua.

• Dustin Adkins, 21, 2335 Collins Drive, Apt. K, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Tuesday at 4:45 p.m.

Adkins was stopped in traffic in the turn lane on Vandemark Road at Michigan Street when he pulled forward and hit the rear of the vehicle stopped in front of him. Adkins said he thought the other vehicle had pulled forward first so he pulled forward also.

The driver of the other vehicle was Peyton Jones, 18, 2385 Schenk Road. She was transported to Wilson Health and her vehicle sustained minor damage.

WEDNESDAY

-10:08 a.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on the report of a motor vehicle accident.

-7:55 to 11:09 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

TUESDAY

-1:55 to 7:29 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls.
