-9:58 a.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to West Lake Village Office on state Route 362 in McLean Township on the report of the theft of a washer and dryer.

-9:05 p.m.: fight. Deputies were dispatched to Emerson School on Campbell Road in Clinton Township on the report of a fight on the west side of Emerson.

-11:28 a.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 4575 state Route 29 in Green Township on the report of fraudulent activity on a debit card.

SUNDAY

-10:26 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 203 Emerald Court on the request for a perimeter check for someone in the area.

-7:12 p.m.: found property. Deputies were dispatched to Wendy’s on Commerce Drive on the report of someone leaving a purse in the restaurant’s restroom.

-5:01 p.m.: fight. Deputies were dispatched to 4848 Dawson Road in Loramie Township on the report of a fight.

-5:07 a.m.: accident with injuries. Anna Rescue and Anna Fire were dispatched to the 97 mile marker of northbound Interstate 75 in Franklin Township for an accident with injuries.

-1:07 a.m.: medical. Russia Fire, Versailles Life Squad and deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of East Main Street in Russia in Loramie Township.

-11:18 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem was dispatched to the 4000 block of Dormire Road in Green Township.

-10:25 p.m.: fight. Perry Port Salem Rescue and deputies were dispatched to a fight in the 6000 block of Guppy Street in Perry Township.

-10:15 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue, Anna Police and Anna Fire were dispatched to the 400 block of East Main Street in Anna.

-8:33 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of state Route 362 in McLean Township.

-8:05 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was dispatched to the 9000 block of Patterson Halpin Road in Turtle Creek Township.

-3:11 p.m.: accident with injuries. Houston Rescue, Lockington Fire and deputies were dispatched to Kaser at Miami Conservancy Roads for two-vehicle accident with injuries.

-2:55 p.m.: fire. Anna Fire was dispatched to 14411 Fort Loramie Swanders Road in Franklin Township for an unknown type of fire.

-12:46 p.m.: fire. Van Buren Township Fire was dispatched to state Route 274 and state Route 29 in Van Buren Township on a report of vehicle fire.

-9:01 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of Schenk Road in Washington Township.

-1:46 a.m.: mutual aid. Anna and Lockington Fire provided mutual aid for Sidney Fire at 891 Merri Lane in Sidney.

FRIDAY

-7:51 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Jackson Center Police were dispatched to the 18000 block of state Route 65.

Accidents

Joshua T. Obrien, 35, of Columbus, was cited for failure to yield at a stop or yield sign following a two-vehicle accident Saturday at 3:11 p.m.

According to the report, Obrien was stopped facing eastbound at the posted stop sign on Kaser Road at the intersection of Miami Conservancy Road. He attempted to cross Miami Conservancy when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Steven L. Sage, 24, of Piqua, who was southbound on Miami Conservancy Road.

Houston Rescue transported Obrien and Sage to Wilson Health. A passenger in Obrien’s vehicle, Stephanie Lynne Obrien, 32, of Columbus, and a passenger in Sage’s vehicle, Travis A. Lear, 24, of Piqua, were transported to Wilson Health by Houston Rescue.

Sage was taken from Wilson Health by CareFlight to another hospital. He didn’t have a valid driver’s license and the vehicle didn’t have auto insurance. Traffic citations will be issued when he is released from the hospital.

• Megan A. Kohler, 30, of 2612 Terry Hawk Drive, Sidney, was southbound on County Road 25A when a hog jumped or climbed out of a southbound trailer and was in the roadway. Kohler didn’t see the hog in the road and struck it on Friday at 10:18 p.m.

Kathleen and Jeffrey Moore, 13589 Fey Road, Anna, owners of the hog, were transporting the hog to the Shelby County Fairgrounds and it jumped out of the trailer. They were transporting two hogs but only one got out.

Kohler was transported to Wilson Health by Anna Rescue. Two passengers in her vehicle, Gretchen P. Kohler, 26, and Lexie M. Kohler, 1, both of 2612 Terry Hawk Drive, Sidney, were also transported to Wilson Health by Anna Rescue.

Kohler’s vehicle was disabled in the accident and towed from the scene.

• No one was cited following an accident on Friday at 9:21 p.m.

Alfrieda Francis, 87, 304 Montgomery Place, was traveling westbound on Cisco Road and when she went to turn left onto Kuther Road, hit another vehicle that was traveling northbound on Kuther Road.

The driver of the other vehicle was Robert Banks, 75, 3480 N. Kuther Road.

Port Jefferson Fire was dispatched to 5061 State Route 29E Monday morning at 10 a.m. for a structure fire. Assisting at the scene were Anna Fire Department, Lockington Fire Department, Maplewood Fire Department, Perry Port Salem Fire Department and Sidney Fire Department.
