THURSDAY

-12:29 a.m.: assault. Jerilyn Adams, address at large, reported she was assaulted at 311 Maple St.

WEDNESDAY

-7:12 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Calvin L. Hensley, 25, 431 N. Miami Ave., in the area of Miami Avenue and Shelby Street on a warrant from Mercer County.

-12:56 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police arrested Freddy L. Buss Jr., 26, 201 S. Highland Ave., on a charge of criminal trespass. He allegedly trespassed on the property of Steven Scott, 405 S. Miami Ave.

-11:50 a.m.: theft. Roy Rausher, 1209 Hilltop Ave., Apt. C, reported a car key, valued at $50, was stolen from 728 Wapakoneta Ave.

-10:25 a.m.: property found. A bicycle was found abandoned at 900 Wapakoneta Ave. and given to police.

-10:12 a.m.: burglary. William Mann, of Covington, reported someone entered 427 Wilson Ave. and stole two kitchen cabinet drawers, valued at $25.

TUESDAY

-8:44 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police charged Charles Russell, 36, 811 Sixth Ave., with disorderly conduct following an incident at 1600 Michigan St.

Accident

An accident occurred in an alley Tuesday at 4:31 p.m.

Chrysler Sherman, 17, 644 Fair Road, was eastbound in an alley beside 644 Highland Ave. and began to turn in a curve when his auto collided head-on with a car that was traveling in the opposite direction. The driver of the other auto was Karie Bell, 39, 484 Heather Way. No citations were issued and no one was injured.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-5:43 p.m.: oven fire. Firefighters were called to 1630 Ferguson Court, where an oven fire had been extinguished before their arrival.

-10:50 a.m.: drainage. Firefighters were called to 440 Fair Road in response to a citizen complaint about a water drainage issue.

-8:06 a.m. to 10:32 p.m.: Medics responded to five calls.
