-8:26 p.m.: inducing panic. Trisha Hecht, 37, 230 E. Poplar St., was charged with inducing panic.

-2:26 p.m.: identity theft. Tonya LeMaster, 25, 1221 Riverbend Blvd., reported someone used her identification between July 25 to July 28.

-12:23 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jeramy Risdon, 37, 629 N. West Ave., was arrested for criminal damaging after Kentucky Fried Chicken on Vandemark Road reported he drove through the freshly laid asphalt in the restaurant’s parking lot.

-11:45 a.m.: theft. Jennifer Wolaver, 35, 440 Jefferson St., reported a stolen Next bicycle.

-8:05 a.m.: theft. Rosanna Henderson, 37, 520 Campbell Road, reported $320 was stolen from her residence

SUNDAY

-6:54 p.m.: inducing panic. Donald Campbell, 42, 625 Broadway Ave., was charged with inducing panic.

-6:30 p.m.: inducing panic. Ricky Green, 47, 959 Buckeye Ave., was arrested with inducing panic at his residence.

-5:55 p.m.: warrant. Mia Rouse, 35, 811 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. K, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-8:59 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jennifer Brown, 35, 313 1/2 N. Miami Ave., reported the hood of her vehicle was keyed and the lock was damaged.

SATURDAY

-7:28 p.m.: theft. Thomas Godwin, 43, 631 S. Ohio Ave., reported an unknown male took two pillows off of the couch on his front patio.

-7 p.m.: criminal damaging. Linda Cromes, 59, 625 Broadway Ave., reported the rear window was shattered on the vehicle belonging to the rental car company owned by Ean Holdings, of St. Louis, MIssouri.

-8:29 a.m. domestic violence. Antoine Cunningham, 37, 2109 Westminster Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-4:01 a.m.: illegal processing of drug documents. Ashley Hitchcock, 28, at large, was arrested for illegal processing of drug documents.

FRIDAY

-8:43 p.m.: contempt. Desma Cook, 35, Wapakoneta, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-5:04 p.m.: obstructing official business. May Love, 54, 827 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. E, was arrested for obstructing official business.

-3:29 p.m.: theft. Heather Hickman, 30, 323 Grant St., reported someone entered her vehicle and took a bag of cigarettes.

-11:25 a.m.: theft. Roger Schroer, 84, 15800 Sharp Road, reported the theft of an iron bench with a wooden seat from 826 ½ Oak St.

-9:48 a.m. domestic violence. Cody Striff, 19, 301 S. Miami Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-6:45 a.m.: criminal damaging. John Bolden, 66, 334 Maple St., reported the tires on his Dodge Dakota and Chevy Trailblazer were damaged overnight.

-1:44 a.m.: theft. Diana Carpenter, 57, 518 N. West Ave., reported a Samsung cellphone and a hair brush came up missing after she left the Rainbow Grill on North Ohio Avenue.

Accidents

Triston Sanders, 20, 141 W. Robinwood St., was cited with failure to control after an accident on Sunday at 8:35 p.m.

Sanders was traveling eastbound at 665 E. Hoewisher Road and told police he looked back at a residence and when he turned forward again he couldn’t avoid hitting the parked vehicle belonging to Francine Dembski.

• Joseph Kinninger, 63, 309 Hillcrest Court, was cited with improper backing on Sunday at 5:02 p.m.

Kinninger was backing out of the driveway of 301 Hillcrest Court when he backed into another vehicle stopped out front of the location.

The driver of the other vehicle was Kyle Dembski, 20, 9944 Pasco Montra Road.

• Gaige Overton, 20, 2255 Collins Drive, Apt. D, was cited with operation without reasonable control after an accident on Sunday at 3:55 a.m.

Overton lost control of his vehicle in the curve just before Savanna Place, struck the curb at 633 E. Hoewisher Road, went into the yard, continued through the yards of 617 and 569 E. Hoewisher Road and then attempted to go back onto the road but struck the tree in front of 553 E. Hoewisher Road. He then left the scene and was later located at a nearby apartment complex and was arrested for driving under the influence.

• No one was cited after an accident on Saturday at 5:20 p.m.

Travis Slife, 31, 206 Cherokee Drive, was traveling northbound on North Main Avenue when a dog got loose from its owner and ran into the pathway his motorcycle.

The owner of the dog is Richard Giedrayce, 2103 N. Broadway Ave.

• Abigail Sweeney, 18, Freemont, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Saturday at 1:35 p.m.

Sweeney was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 approaching the red light at the Interstate 75 off ramp on state Route 47 when she was unable to stop in time striking the rear of the vehicle stopped at the light driven by Debra Schaffer, 60, 320 Brookburn St., who then hit the rear of another vehicle also stopped at the light driven by Emily Phares, 19, of West Milton.

• Steven Sponaugle, 63, 111 Park St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Friday at 6:45 p.m.

Sponaugle was approaching the intersection at South Main Avenue on East Court Street when he hit the rear of another vehicle stopped in front of him at the red light at the intersection. He told police he thought the driver in front of him was going to turn left onto South Main Avenue, took his eyes off the road for a minute and when he looked up the driver had stopped in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Barbara Litz, 33, 1129 Hilltop Ave., Apt. E.

• Barbara Miracle, 60, 2645 Terryhawk Drive was transported by Sidney Fire Department to Wilson Health and charged with driving under suspension after an incident on Friday at 6:21 a.m.

Miracle was traveling eastbound through the parking lot of 230 E. Russell Road when she drove into the loading dock of the business and became trapped.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-3:10 to 6:22 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-3:09 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to 1135 Wapakoneta Ave. on the report of a wire down.

-6:24 a.m. to 11:47 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls.

-2:09 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to Lockington for mutual aid for a house fire.

SUNDAY

-5:40 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 313 E. Court St. on the report of an unauthorized burning.

-1:37 to 9:27 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to eight calls.
