Police log

TUESDAY

-7:32 p.m.: theft. Angela Lawson, 32, 409 Jefferson St., reported a pair of Under Armour shoes and a Mary Kay bag and makeup was stolen from her residence.

-4:44 p.m.: contempt. Alice Turner, 30, at large, was arrested on an active warrant.

-1:56 p.m.: theft. James Franklin, 59, 326 Lane St., reported someone took an air conditioner out of his window.

-10:51 a.m.: domestic violence. Mark Harris, 53, 621 Broadway Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

Accidents

Robert Luckey II, 58, 10255 Hardin Wapak Road, was transported by CareFlight from Wilson Health to Miami Valley Hospital after an accident on Tuesday at 7:43 p.m.

According to the report, Luckey crashed through a split-rail fence before entering the property of Wingers Sports Bar and Grill on Michigan Street. He then went through the grass from an unknown direction, hit a vehicle driven by Sandra Borges, 51, Wapakoneta, in the parking lot and then continued driving. He then hit a shed on the property, and a transformer, causing it to combust before leaving the scene traveling westbound through a field onto Michigan Street.

It was reported the police later learned Luckey had also wrecked the same vehicle in the county and was transported to Wilson Health. According to the police report, a summons will be requested for a citation of stopping after accident on private property.

• Christina Couch, 37, 1121 Riverbend Blvd., was arrested for driving under the influence and was cited with failure to control after an accident on Monday at 7:48 a.m.

Couch was traveling eastbound in the 900 block of West Court Street when she struck the guardrail that separates east and westbound traffic.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-6:39 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to one call.

TUESDAY

-7:43 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to Wingers on Michigan Street on the report of a transformer fire.

-1:56 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to 818 S. Main Ave. for odor investigation. Nothing was found.

-8:53 a.m. to 11:05 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 12 calls.
