TUESDAY

-7:43 p.m.: contempt. Nathan Paulus, 32, at large, was arrested on an contempt warrant.

-6:21 p.m.: criminal damaging. Vincent Thompson, 45, 706 N. Main Ave., reported someone put a cut in the front tire of his vehicle.

-2:36 p.m.: identity theft. Mackenzie Johns, 20, 333 Apollo St., reported identity theft.

-10:44 a.m.: identity theft. Jane Jones, 63, 1529 Westwood Drive, reported someone opened a line of credit in her name.

MONDAY

-10:47 p.m.: theft. Christopher King, 29, 319 Kossuth St., reported someone stole his son’s bike and scooter from the back yard.

-7:05 p.m.: theft. James Varno, 48, 121 Queen St., reported the theft of a Next bike.

-4:43 p.m.: criminal damaging. Graffiti was reported on the picnic tables and shelter houses in Tawawa Park.

Accidents

Donald Curl, 59, 118 W. Edgewood St., was cited with failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 5:02 p.m.

Curl was headed northbound on North Main Avenue when he struck a tree in the street lawn. He told police he blacked out and didn’t remember what happened. Curl was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

• Kelli McCarty, 30, 222 Queen St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Monday at 4:51 p.m.

McCarty was traveling westbound in the 900 block of West Court Street when she hit a vehicle in the rear that had stopped in front of her.

The driver of the other vehicle was Tina Valentine, 37, 1209 Riverbend Drive.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-8:24 a.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to 1575 Campbell Road for a carbon monoxide investigation. No problem was found upon arrival.

-3:06 to 7:03 a.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on three calls.

TUESDAY

-6:28 to 10:58 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on three calls.

-5:02 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched to Main Avenue and Front Street on the report of a automobile accident.
