-5:02 p.m.: probation violation. Warren Powers, 26, at large, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.
-2:05 p.m.: theft. David Schutte, 36, 516 N. Ohio Ave., reported someone stole his Granite Peak bike.
-1:28 p.m.: theft. Christine Tamplin, 35, 107 S. Wilkinson Ave., Apt. B, reported someone took her PlayStation 4 from her residence.
-10:19 a.m.: theft. Billy Abney, 67, 1329 Tully Drive, reported the theft of his handicap placard.
-9:38 a.m.: illegal manufacture of drugs. A marijuana plant was recovered from 300 N. Miami Ave. and placed into evidence at the police department.
-9:36 a.m.: failure of person summoned to appear. Krista Elliot, 23, 922 Spruce Ave., was served a summons for a parking violation.
-8:19 a.m.: purpose to commit theft. Flints TV and Appliances on East North Street reported someone entered the building and took several stoves, dryers, washers, microwaves, refrigerators and a dishwasher.
MONDAY
-1:48 p.m.: theft. Trisa Engle, 27, 1520 Spruce Ave., Apt. 4, reported someone used her food stamp card without her permission.
-12:57 p.m.: theft. Justin Kemp, 24, 813 Arrowhead Drive, reported someone took the spare tire from his vehicle.
-6:45 a.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating a criminal damage complaint made by Gregory Ball II, 20, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 20.
Accident
Doris Harbin, 59, 2400 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 20, was cited with right of way turning left after a car crash on Tuesday at 3:14 p.m.
Harbin was stopped in turn lane facing the west on Michigan Street when she turned in front of another vehicle traveling eastbound in front of the drive of 2215 Michigan St. causing a collision.
The driver of the other vehicle was Tina Hottle, 61, 9751 Hardin-Wapak Road.
• Shirley Richmond, 65, 848 S. Main St., was cited with failure to control after a car crash on Monday at 1:15 p.m.
Richmond was traveling southbound on North Ohio Avenue when she drifted to the left and hit a vehicle parked on the side of the road. Richmond’s vehicle rolled upside-down after the collision. Sidney Rescue treated her on the scene. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
The owner of the parked car is Eugene Carter, 625 Mohican Drive.
