In Sidney Municipal Court Friday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Steven P. Benanzer, 30, 7682 Cecil Road, $600 and $107 costs, suspended his driver’s license one year, and sentenced him to 30 days in jail for physical control under the influence, amended from driving under the influence. Ten days will be reconsidered if fine and costs are paid by Feb. 14. A speeding charge was dismissed.

• Estella Ping, 50, 714 Broadway Ave., driving under the influence, $375 fine and $128 costs, six-month driver’s license suspension, five days jail (five days reconsidered if fine and costs paid and intervention program completed by Feb. 14); driving on right side of roadway, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Dylan T. Butts, 20, 600 Jackson St., Jackson Center, driving under suspension, $105 costs, six days jail.

• Dustin A. Brown, 33, 422 Riverside Drive, failure to display proof of operator’s license (amended from driving under suspension), $250 fine and $87 costs, 40 days jail (20 days reconsidered if fine and costs paid by Feb. 14); speeding, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Joshua A. Lyons, 31, 607 N. Ohio Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $138 costs, 20 days jail (10 days reconsidered if fine and costs paid by Aug. 14, 2016); disorderly conduct, dismissed, $111 costs; failure to remove key/set brake, dismissed.
