-6:21 p.m.: theft. Eugene Goings, 38, N. Wagner Ave., reported the theft of two bikes.

-5:21 p.m.: theft. Police investigated a report of fraud made by Maleta Kirk, 54, 617 East Ave.

-4:26 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Kari Howard, 31, 331 Jefferson St., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-4:04 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Cameron Wilkins, 22, 527 N. Wagner Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-3:56 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Timothy Sapp, 28, at large, was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-3:38 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Deanna Browning, 41, and Milford Browning, 33, both of 420 Jefferson St., were arrested on grand jury indictments.

-2:23p.m.: grand jury indictment. Jacob Lewis, 27, 128 ½ N. Pomeroy Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-2:08 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Habari Rayshawn, 38, 1390 Campbell Road, was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-2:07 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Kenneth Henderson, 27, 315 Charles Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-2:02 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Paul Rafferty, 64, 306 N. West Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-1:27 p.m.: warrant. James Burgett, 37, at large, was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County.

-12:23 p.m.: warrant. Thomas Block, 45, 324 Franklin St., was arrested on a warrant out of Miami County.

-12:18 p.m.: theft. Crystal Risdon, 34, 134 Pike St., reported the theft of prescription medication and a cell PX from her vehicle.

-11:16 a.m.: found property. A men’s black wallet containing paperwork that belongs to James Burgett was found at 450 Riverside Drive and turned into the police department.

-5:09 a.m.: theft. Amanda Keysor, 26, 320 Thompson St., was arrested for theft after Kathy Clubb, 53, 855 N. West Ave., reported the theft of her purse containing personal items, her cell phone, and her keys were stolen from her workplace at Mama Rosa’s Pizza on Fair Road.

Accidents

Heather Miller, 35, 814 Dingman St., and Shaun Dunlap, 32, 949 Fielding Road, were both cited with assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle collision on Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.

The vehicle driven by Latrisha Kingseed, 27, 753 Chestnut Drive, was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 when she stopped abruptly for a pedestrian in the crosswalk. Dunlap was traveling eastbound behind Kingseed when he didn’t stop in time and rear-ended her. Then Miller, who traveling behind Dunlap, also didn’t stop in time and struck the rear of Dunlap’s vehicle.

FRIDAY

-1:12 a.m. to 1:12 pm.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

-1:09 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 516 N. Ohio Ave. on a false fire alarm.

THURSDAY

-7:20 p.m.: spill. Crews responded to Kuther Road and Michigan Street on the report of a vegetable spill.

-6:48 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to Buffalo Wild Wings on Michigan Street on the report of a vehicle leaking fuel.

-6:40 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to Frisch’s Big Boy on Michigan Street for a false fire alarm.

-8:11 a.m. to 10:14 pm.: medical. Medics responded to 13 calls.
