MONDAY

-5:14 p.m.: criminal damaging. Jade Shaffer. 30, 845 Merri Lane, reported the windshield of her vehicle was damaged during the weekend.

-3:12 p.m.: theft. Denise McCune, 52, of Fort Loramie, was arrested after Family Dollar on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of merchandise valued at $39.60 and Sidney Foodtown on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of $119.78 in merchandise.

-11:45 a.m.: obstructing official business. Nicholas Inman, 32, 435 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for obstructing official business.

SUNDAY

-7:11 p.m.: warrant. Daniel Decker, 25, of Findlay, was arrested on a warrant out of Allen County.

-9:27 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report made by Nicholas Inman, 32, 316 Karen Ave., of the theft of his vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered in the 700 block of East Avenue.

-5:55 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jimmy Pultz Jr., 33, 233 ½ W. Poplar St., reported damage to his apartment door.

-1:59 a.m.: menacing. Ronald Packer, 48, 431 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for menacing and disorderly conduct.

SATURDAY

-7:25 p.m.: criminal damaging. Tangela Butcher, 50, 623 Mohican Court, reported her mailbox was damaged.

-7:13 p.m.: contempt. Phillip Henderson, 31, 230 Jefferson St., Apt. 30, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

-5:51 p.m.: theft. Ty Latimer, 31, 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. D, reported the theft of his Mongoose bike from outside of the apartments.

-11:12 a.m.: theft. Elsner Painting and Pressure Washing on Montrose Avenue reported the theft of a generator, a tool kit, two spray painters, three ladders and four batteries.

-10:51 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Jay Olivieri, 57, 855 Fair Road, reported someone used his credit card between Sept. 29-30 without his permission.

-9:05 a.m.: burglary. Jason McAfee, 30, 602 Monroe St., reported someone entered his home and took his 24-inch flat screen TV.

-1:26 a.m.: theft. Elizabeth Kulow, 38, 400 Folkerth Ave., Apt. 215, reported the theft of her cellphone from 300 N. Miami Ave.

FRIDAY

-4:16 p.m.: probation violation. Gary Withrow Jr., 48, 441 Jefferson St., was arrested for an active warrant and driving under OVI suspension.

-11:28 a.m.: theft. Norcold on South Kuther Road reported the theft of three Visa gift cards and a blue tooth speaker.

-7:47 a.m.: burglary. Savannah Little, 412 E. South St., reported the theft of her wallet containing $347, a driver’s licence and cigarettes.

-7:33 a.m.: criminal damaging. Napa Auto Parts on Michigan Street reported damage to the driver’s side window and door of a company vehicle.

-7:24: criminal damaging. Steven Baker, 33, 311 ½ S. Miami Ave., reported the window was broken to the driver’s side window of his vehicle.

THURSDAY

-9:41 p.m.: theft. Jennifer Swartz, 34, 320 N. Miami Ave., Apt. 4, reported the theft of her purse containing $500, two bank cards, several containers of prescription medication and other personal items from her vehicle.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

-10:27 p.m.: found property. An Ohio Direction Card of Steven Baker, at large, was found and turned into the police department.

Accidents

Michelle Cornett, 28, 212 Franklin Ave., was cited with overtaking on left after a two-vehicle collision on Monday at 3:24 p.m.

Cornett was traveling eastbound in the 400 block of Fair Road and as she attempted to pass on the left side she struck another vehicle also traveling eastbound on Fair Road that was attempting to enter the left turn lane.

The driver of the other vehicle was Michaela Topalou, 50, 1501 S. Main Ave.

• James Rinker, 85, 314 Charles Ave., was cited with failure to control after a collision on Monday at midnight.

Rinker was turning left onto Fourth Avenue from state Route 47 when he became disoriented and went off the roadway and down into a ditch. Sidney Medics responded to the scene.

• Spencer Hoaglin, 15, 821 S. Ohio Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Saturday at 6:26 p.m.

Hoaglin was traveling northbound on South Main Street when he stuck the rear of the vehicle in front of him sitting at the stop light at the intersection of South Main Avenue and East Clay Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was April Collum, 35, 849 S. Ohio Ave.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-5:05 a.m.: medical. Crews were dispatched to mile-marker 96 on Interstate 75. The call was cancelled en-route.

-2:18 to 9:52 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

MONDAY

-3:15 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 319 E. North St. for an odor investigation. Nothing was found.

-8:12 a.m. to 8:27 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 15 calls.

-12:02 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to an auto accident.

SUNDAY

-10:16 a.m. to 7:33 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.
