In Municipal Court Friday, Aug. 21, Goettemoeller fined Warren J. Powers, 25, 1527 E. Court St., $200 and $138 costs and sentenced him to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct. He was given one day credit and ordered to attend a mental health program.
