THURSDAY

-4:25 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jerry Shultz, 62, 927 McKinley Ave., reported someone damaged the windshield of his vehicle.

WEDNESDAY

-3:49 p.m.: burglary. Michael McClellan, 29, 811 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested after Adam Juarez, 30, 121 Shelby St., reported he had entered his residence.

-5:32 p.m.: criminal damaging. Tommy Webb, 49, 816 Broadway Ave., reported someone scratched the paint on his van.

-1:21 p.m.: violate protection order. Amanda Lockaby, 28, 1294 Sixth Ave., reported her protection order was violated.

-12:47 p.m.: theft. Sidney Food Town on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of a bag of Alpo dog food. It was later recovered.

TUESDAY

-10:35 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 14-year-old was arrested for unruly juvenile.

MONDAY

-8:16 p.m.: drug abuse. Michael Liveston, 22, 607 Fair Road, was arrested for drug abuse. According to the police report, marijuana was found during a traffic stop.

-2:54 p.m.: found property. A Garmin GPS and a black coat were found in the yard of 2110 N. Main Ave. and turned into the police department.

Crashes

Stephen Pebler, 38, 224 Franklin Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 11:06 a.m.

Pebler was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street when he rear-ended the vehicle driven by Joseph Flohre, 57, of Lima, stopped in traffic in front of him. Flohre then collided with the vehicle driven by Noelle Cost, 24, 708 Park St., who was stopped in traffic in front of him.

According to the police report, Pebler did not realize the other two vehicles had stopped in front of him and he could not stop in time to avoid the collision.

• Arielle White, 24, 1510 Spruce Ave., Apt. 11, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 10:19 a.m.

White was traveling westbound on Ironwood Drive and as she attempted to turn left onto County Road 25A, she struck the vehicle driven by Julia Moffitt, 31, of Anna, that was traveling northbound on County Road 25A.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-12:28 to 11:01 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

WEDNESDAY

-12:30 to 7 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

-3:42 to 5:08 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched for two automobile crashes. One was for mutual aid.
