TUESDAY

-5:40 p.m.: theft. Jonathan Rhodehamel, 34, 150 Northwood St., Apt. 114, reported a past fraud had occurred resulting in the theft of a $3,050 sometime between Nov 4 and Nov. 8.

-5:34 p.m.: driving under the influence. Jennifer Causey, 33, 1126 Morris Ave., was arrested for OVI.

-4:21 p.m.: probation violation. Joshua Haithcock Jr., 19, at large, war arrested on an active warrant.

-2:33 p.m.: criminal damaging. Georgia Spears, 64, 402 East Court St., reported a portion of her wooden fence was pushed over and damaged.

-11:11 a.m.: theft. Anita Nelson, 66, 1375 W. Russell Road., reported the theft of 30 prescription pain medication pills that were hidden in her room.

-9:53 a.m.: criminal damaging. Michael Cotterman, 70, 2409 Broadway Ave., reported the back window of his vehicle was shattered after someone threw a pepper shaker thought it.

-1:56 p.m.: theft. Coca Cola Enterprises, Huber Heights, reported the theft of $332.10 in dollars and coins from two of their Coca Cola machines at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel on Folkerth Ave.

MONDAY

-8 p.m.: warrant. Josh Mast, 20, at large, was arrested on a warrant out of Miami County.

Crashes

Joline Aselage, 86, 225 N. Miami Ave., was cited for right of way at private drive after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 9:21 a.m.

Aselage was traveling northbound exiting the drive of First National bank on West Russell Road and when attempting to turn right collided with the driver of another vehicle traveling eastbound on West Russell Road.

The driver of the other vehicle was Virgie Calim, 63, 404 Brookburn St.

• Thanushan Sellathural, 33, of Chambly, Quebec, was cited for improper lane change after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 7:20 a.m.

Sellathural was traveling northbound on S. Fourth Avenue in the left lane of travel and when he attempted to turn right and pull into the private drive at 1062 S. Fourth Ave., he was hit by another vehicle traveling northbound on South Fourth Avenue in the right lane of travel..

The driver of the other vehicle was Caleb Leffler. 16, 363 Lindsey Road.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-7:27 to 11 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls.

TUESDAY

-12:47 p.m.: public service. Crews were dispatched for a public service call.

-8:21 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 415 S. Ohio Ave. an odor investigation. Nothing was found.

-7:41 a.m. to 11:35 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 12 calls.
