WEDNESDAY

-4:38 p.m.: warrant. Michael McGee, 20, 527 Linden Ave., was arrested on a warrant in Logan County and then transported to the Shelby County Jail.

-10:36 a.m.: criminal simulation. Main Stop Drive Thru on North Main Avenue reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.

TUESDAY

-1:12 p.m.: receiving stolen property. John Castle, 49, 128 ½ N. Pomeroy Ave., Apt. N, reported that a deep freezer he had reported stolen earlier was recovered.

Crashes

Bettina Gill, 43, 823 Mount Vernon Place, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday at 7:22 a.m.

Gill was traveling southbound on Brooklyn Avenue approaching the intersection of Court Street when she rear-ended the vehicle in front of her driven by Lisa Moloney, 40, 774 Marva Lane.

• Xiadfeng Li, 38, of Brooklyn, New York, was cited for right of way turning left after a two vehicle-collision on Tuesday at 9:46 p.m.

Li was traveling westbound on West Russell Road and was attempting to turn left into the private drive of 1301 Wapak Ave. and failed to yield to the another vehicle traveling eastbound on West Russell Road causing the collision.

The driver of the other vehicle was by Addine Waldon, 34, of Piqua.

-3:19 to 9:42 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

-11:25 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a false fire alarm.

-5 p.m.: rescue. Firefighters responded to an animal rescue.

-2:07 to 9 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
