FRIDAY

-4:44 a.m.: domestic violence. Jeffrey Boyer II, 33, 827 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. G, was arrested for domestic violence.

-1:49 a.m.: criminal simulation. Police are investigating the report of fraud made by McDonald’s on Michigan Street.

THURSDAY

-10:48 p.m.: unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Benjamin Fahnestock, 27, 1326 Grove St., reported someone he knows took his vehicle without permission.

-7:13 p.m.: lost property. Sajid Feroze, 52, Anna, reported he lost his black wallet containing an ID and two bank cards at Lee’s Chinese on South Ohio Avenue.

-4:55 p.m.: identity theft. Frank Lynch, 53, 2366 Aldrin Ave., reported someone used his identity for a bank loan.

Crashes

No one was cited after a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at 2:01 p.m.

Catherine Haizenga, 52, of Liberty Township, was traveling southbound on Royan Avenue approaching the intersection of East Court Street when she rear-ended the vehicle driven by Sean Pendelly, 44, of Celina, that had been stopped at the intersection but had pulled slightly forward to see better.

Haizenga said she pulled forward when Pendelly coasted backward and then the two vehicle’s collided .

There was no apparent damage to either vehicle.

• Charles Holcomb, 31, of Piqua, was cited for unsecured load on Tuesday at 6:01 a.m.

Holcomb was attempting to go westbound and make a right-hand turn from a private drive onto Fair Road when its trailer separated from the tractor.

FRIDAY

-6:55 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

THURSDAY

-11:29 a.m. to 9:46 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls. One was canceled en-route.
