TUESDAY

-11:31 a.m.: property damaging crash. Deputies responded to a property damage accident in the 16000 block of Mason Road.

-8:41 a.m.: identity theft. Deputies investigated the report of identity theft in the 17000 block of Sharp Road.

MONDAY

-12:41 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies received a report of a semi in the ditch in the 5000 block of Fessler Buxton Road in Loramie Township.

-11:45 a.m.: crash with injuries. Deputies responded to a crash with injuries involving a rollover at Schmitmeyer Barker and Wells roads.

-4:55 a.m.: crash with injuries. Deputies and Anna Fire and Anna Rescue were dispatched to a single vehicle crash in the 12000 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

SUNDAY

-10:21 p.m.: crash with injuries. Deputies, Anna Rescue Fort Loramie Fire and Van Buren Fire were dispatched to a report of an SUV on its side in a creek at Botkins and Kettlersville roads in Van Buren Township.

-8:41 p.m.: vehicle in ditch. Deputies were dispatched on a report of a semi in the ditch and partially on the roadway in the 11000 block of Luthman Road in McLean Township.

-4:21 p.m.: vehicle in ditch. Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch at 16581 Sharp Road in Salem Township. The vehicle struck a fence.

-4:18 p.m.: vehicle in ditch. Deputies responded to Botkins and Kettlersville roads in Van Buren Township on a report of a vehicle in a ditch.

-7 a.m.: obstructing official business. Aaron Brock, 34, Russells Point, was arrested for obstructing official business

FRIDAY

-3:52 p.m.: criminal damaging. Marion R. Phlipot, 3040 Kaiser Road, Fort Loramie, reported someone damaged his mailbox overnight.

MONDAY

-3:27 p.m.: property damage crash. Anna Police responded to Speedway for a property damage accident.

-1:21 p.m.: property damage crash. Fort Loramie Police responded to a property damage crash in the 10 block of East Park Street.

Crashes

Joanna Lee Perk, 24, of 8129 State Route 119, Maria Stein, was cited for failure to control following a one-vehicle crash Monday at 11:45 a.m.

Perk was traveling west on Wells Road when she passed a semi-tractor trailer. When she attempted to get back over in the correct lane, she lost control of her vehicle. It went off the right side of the road and rolled at least one time.

Perk and her passenger, Joshua Wayne Climer, 20, of Troy, were transported to Wilson Health by Minster EMS.

Her vehicle was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• Icy road conditions contributed to several crashes over the weekend.

Ellen Catherine Nielson, 21, of 3885 Millcreek Road, Sidney, was eastbound on Millcreek Road when she lost control on the ice-covered road Saturday at 8:57 a.m. The vehicle went off the right side of the road and struck a ditch and utility pole.

She was transported to Wilson Health by Houston Rescue.

Her vehicle was disabled in the crash.

• Christopher Allen Miller, 22, of 622 E. Pike St., Apt. 7, Jackson Center, was eastbound on Maplewood Road Saturday at 5:53 a.m. when he lost control on the ice-covered roadway.

His vehicle sideswiped parked vehicles owned by Joseph L. Bair, 21566 Maplewood Road, Maplewood, and Donna M. Friedman, Tipp City. His vehicle then spun 180 degrees and struck another parked vehicle owned by Debby L. Sherman, 21572 Maplewood Road, Maplewood.

The vehicles owned by Sherman and Bair sustained minor damage. Friedman’s vehicle sustained moderate damage. Miller’s vehicle also sustained moderate damage.

• Quentin Bradley Carter, 33, of Piqua, was transported to Wilson Health by Houston Rescue following a one-vehicle crash Saturday at 5:45 a.m.

According to the report, Carter was westbound on Fair Road when the vehicle slid off the north side of Fair road and into a ditch. The vehicle struck a drainage culvert causing the airbags to deploy.

Carter’s vehicle was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• Shawn M. Noggler, 34, of Fort Recovery, was southbound on Darke Shelby Road when his vehicle hit a patch of ice on Thursday at 6:50 p.m. He lost control of the vehicle, which exited the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its side.

The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

TUESDAY

-11:33 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 3000 block of Thompson Schiff Road in Franklin Township.

-5:08 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 4000 block of Cardo Road.

MONDAY

-11:49 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue responded to the 17000 block of Sidney-Plattsville Road in Green Township.

-10:46 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue, Anna Police and Deputies responded to an overdose in the 300 block of South Pike Street.

-5:37 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 4000 block of Johns Road.

-8:28 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 12000 block of County Road 25A in Franklin Township.

SUNDAY

-10:29 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue and deputies were dispatched to the 4000 block of Russia Versailles Road in Loramie Township.

-7:45 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Fire were dispatched to the 102 mile marker of Interstate 75 south for a crash with injuries.

-6:34 p.m.: fire. Anna Fire, Fort Loramie Fire and Rescue, Houston Fire, Lockington Fire and Sidney Fire were dispatched to 3620 Michigan Street in Turtle Creek Township.
