MONDAY

-4:16 p.m.: obstructing official business. Branden Watson, 21, 401 Kossuth St., was arrested for obstructing official business.

-4:57 a.m.: contempt. Corey Arbogast, 24, 318 S. Vandemark Road, was arrested on an active warrant.

SUNDAY

-9:35 p.m.: contempt. Shelbi Brandyberry, 30, at large, was arrested for contempt and obstructing official business.

-7:34 a.m.: domestic violence. David Walker, 27, and Kaitlyn Walker, 26, both of 413 S. Wagner Ave., were arrested for domestic violence.

-5:49 a.m.: burglary. Benjamin Fahnestock, 27, 1346 Grove St., reported a burglary at his residence.

-3 a.m.: found property. An Ohio licence plate belonging to Clinton Cramer, 27, 811 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. B, was found in the 1600 block of Hampton Court and turned into the police department.

-12:52 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Cass Hensley, 39, 2526 Alpine Road, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

SATURDAY

-11:14 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Rachel Iverson, 32, of Tipp City, was arrested for driving under OVI suspension.

-7:33 p.m.: lost property. Holly Parker, 40, 826 Oak Ave., reported leaving her keys at 135 N. Ohio Ave., and now then they were gone.

-2:34 p.m.: warrant. Verlin Powers, 25, at large, was arrested on several warrants.

-12:31 p.m.: lost property. Fred Hughes, 47, Maplewood, reported he may have lost his wallet containing his Social Security card, driver’s license and $60 in the parking lot of Walmart on Michigan Street.

-8:29 p.m.: criminal simulation. Walmart on Michigan Street reported receiving seven $50 counterfeit bills and five $100 counterfeit bills at the business.

-12:02 a.m.: criminal mischief. Trentney Smith, 37, 415 Summit St., reported her house was egged.

FRIDAY

-3:37 p.m.: possession of drugs. Marcella Hauff, 37, at large, was arrested for possession of drugs and possessing criminal tools.

-3:29 p.m.: theft. Sarah Gepfrey, 25, Kettlersville, reported someone stole $60 in US Bank notes from her at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-1:04 p.m.: warrant. Scott Toler, 45, 628 Buckeye Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-11:51 a.m.: theft. Randolph Glosser, 38, 826 St. Marys Ave., Apt. C, reported a 2008 Kawasaki motorcycle was taken from the apartment parking lot without permission.

-9:54 a.m.: found property. A Department of Defense card, Fandango movie card and black credit card was found at Town Center Apartments on North Highland Avenue and was turned into the police department.

-9:01 a.m.: probation violation. Kathleen Varno, 25, 121 Queen St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Crashes

Nicole Gannon, 38, of Anna, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 7:28 p.m.

Gannon was parked facing eastbound on East Poplar Street when she started her vehicle and backed into the vehicle owned by Allen Evans, of St. Paris, that was parked behind her.

Gannon then left the scene but was located and cited later.

• James Livingston, 39, 523 N. Miami Ave., was cited with reckless op after a one-vehicle crash on Monday at 8:26 a.m.

Livingston was traveling southbound in front of the yard of 231 Helen Court when he turned right and traveled westbound between 231 and 237 Helen Court, then turned left into the backyard behind 227 Helen Court, traveled southbound, struck a pole and dropped off two retaining walls.

An investigation is pending while police wait on drug/alcohol test results.

• Brandon Kautz, 425 S. Miami Ave., was cited for fail to control after a collision on Sunday at 4:32 a.m.

Kautz was traveling southbound in the alley north of Dallas Street when he side-swept a utility pole, then continued southbound and turned eastbound onto Dallas Street, side-swiped a parked vehicle in front of 217 E. Dallas St. Kautz and then left the scene. Kautz was located later by police and arrested for OVI.

The parked vehicle is owned by Kenton Varney, 217 E. Dallas St.

• John Cotner, 43, of Russia, was cited with red light violation after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 6:24 a.m.

Cotner was eastbound on Michigan Street when he hit the side of a rollback tow-truck that was attempting to turn southbound onto Interstate 75 from westbound Michigan Street.

Cotner he told police he had a green light but a witness said the tow-truck had a green arrow to turn. The tow-truck was hauling two vehicles that were not damaged during the crash.

The tow-truck driver was Joseph Lathan, 58, of Kettering.

TUESDAY

-9:21 a.m. to 1:52 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

MONDAY

-7:06 a.m. to 12:07 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
