-11:35 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Brian Barrett, 44, 130 S. Miami Ave., was arrested for aggravated menacing.
-9:06 p.m.: theft. Michael Lescowitch, 64, 614 N. Miami Ave., reported someone damaged two of his fence panels and took a Boxer mix K-9.
-9:02 p.m.: warrant. Darious Bowles, 18, 736 Countryside Lane, Apt. 5, was arrested on an active Preble County warrant.
-6:02 p.m.: theft. Hibbett Sports on Michigan Street reported the theft of two black The North Face jackets.
-5:17 p.m.: theft. Bobbie Zwiebel, 46, 402 N. Miami Ave., Apt. B, reported a Murray lawn mower and a tire and rim were stolen from her residence.
-3:31 p.m.: probation violation. Joseph Wells, 40, 435 Jefferson St., was arrested on a probation violation.
-2:09 p.m.: burglary. Breonna Lindsey, 28, 1212 Amherst Drive, reported the theft of a PlayStation 3 and seven PlayStation video games.
-10:44 a.m.: found property. A broken black and red BB gun was found in the 800 block of Chestnut Avenue and turned into the police department.
-10:15 a.m.: theft. Tonya Murray, 44, 601 S. Main Ave., reported someone she knows took her wallet containing a driver’s license, bank card and a necklace, valued at $10, from her purse at her home.
MONDAY
-10:02 p.m.: burglary. Lorrie Pellman, 19, 817 Second Ave., reported someone broke into her apartment and took a GPX stereo, a Samsung Galaxy tablet and Samsung Galaxy S5 phone.
-11:06 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Tamara Lovett, 59, 225 Franklin Ave., reported someone known took two Universal Credit Union checks and $350 from her residence.

-7:13 p.m.: criminal mischief. Trentney Smith, 37, 415 Summit St., reported someone dumped liquid on her vehicle.
