THURSDAY

-1:53 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported a juvenile was gone from the residence without permission.

WEDNESDAY

-5:29 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Earl N. Tucker, 35, 725 Campbell Road, on a charge of driving under the influence.

-2:52 p.m.: endangering children. Police received a reported from Darke County Children Services about child endangering at a Sidney address.

-2:09 p.m.: property lost. Robert Daniel, 416 S. West Ave., reported he lost a phone case with $100 cash inside.

-9:36 a.m.: identity theft. Debrah Monnin-Fox, 704 N. Ohio Ave., reported identity theft, resulting in the loss of $456.25.

SUNDAY

-11:51 p.m.: property lost. Kentrell Jones, 910 Buckeye Ave., reported he lost his wallet.

Accidents

John Francis, 45, 19700 State Route 47, Maplewood, was cited with improper backing after an accident Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Francis was parked in front of 134 S. Main Ave. and began to back out as a semi rig was turning right from Court Street onto Main. The semi’s trailer hit the left rear corner of Francis’ pickup truck. The driver of the semi rig was John Otocki, 44, of Piqua.

• An accident occurred Tuesday at 4:17 p.m.

Beverly Coles, 56, 17100 Sunset Drive, reported she was northbound in the 1200 block of North Vandemark Road in the right lane when a vehicle northbound in the left lane swerved toward her, causing her to leave the roadway and hit the curb and a fire hydrant. The other auto left the scene.

THURSDAY

-1:15 a.m. to 12:25 p.m.: Medics responded to six calls.

WEDNESDAY

-2:18 to 9:32 p.m.: Medics responded to six calls.

-5:40 p.m.: odor. Firefighters were called to 509 S. Wilkinson Ave. to investigate an odor. No problem was found.

-2:56 p.m.: man in river. Firefighters were called to 1055 Riverside Drive on a report of a man in the river. He was removed without injuries.
