TUESDAY

-8:45 a.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 12550 East Shelby Road in McLean Township on the report of the theft a boat motor from a pontoon boat.

-12:20 a.m.: loud music. Deputies were dispatched to 433 Tow Path Trail in Washington Township on the report of loud music.

MONDAY

-8:36 p.m.: burglary. Deputies were dispatched to 3855 Lindsey Road in Washington Township on the report someone broke-in and stole items while they were gone.

-4:04 p.m.: lines down. Deputies were dispatched to Maplewood Road and Wones Road in Salem Township on the report of lines hanging down.

-3:08 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 17887 Herring Road in Salem Township on the report a white vehicle pulled out of the driveway and may have open the garage door.

-6:40 a.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to state Route 274 at the railroad crossing in Dinsmore Township on the report of a two-vehicle crash.

-1:26 a.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 14888 Wenger Road in Dinsmore Township on the report of a loud noise outside.

SUNDAY

-10:56 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to Sav A Ton in Franklin Township on the report of a stolen purse.

-10:33 p.m.: be on the look-out. Deputies were advised to be on the look out for a stolen maroon van taken from Wilson Health’s emergency room.

-5:02 p.m.: line down. Deputies were dispatched to the area of Shroyer Road and state Route 65 in Salem Township on the report of a line hanging down.

-3:29 p.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to 16083 Kirkwood Road in Orange Township on the report of trespassing.

FRIDAY

-5:39 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to the area of Pasco Grocery on a report of a man with a gun in the area. Allan Smith told deputies that the neighbor’s dog had been in his yard and he was trying to shoot it with a BB gun. Smith said he would like the animal shelter to get the dog if they can catch it.

-4:34 p.m.: burglary. Mitchell A. Speckman, 17055 Roetteger Road, New Bremen, reported when he returned home from work the front door to his house was open. He said he would check the house to see if anything is missing.

-4 p.m.: burglary. Wilber E. Overbey, 5880 State Route 29 E, Lot 32, Sidney, reported someone broke into the trailer on Lot 12. The door and siding of the trailer was damaged. The trailer is vacant.

-12:55 p.m.: threats or harassment. Jackson Center Police were dispatched Marathon Station on West Pike Street in Jackson Township on the report of threats or harassment.

-8:06 a.m.: suspicious car. Fort Loramie Police and Deputies were dispatched 9350 Cecil Road in McLean Township on the report of a suspicious dark car driving slowly.

-5:04 p.m.: ATV complaint. Anna Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Brookside Drive on the report of people riding four-wheelers on the road.

-12:45 p.m.: investigative complaint. Botkins Police were dispatched to Circle K on East State Street on the report of fraud.

-6:28 a.m.: suspicious car. Jackson Center Police and Deputies were dispatched to Prodeva Inc. on Jerry Drive in Jackson Township on the report of a silver SUV parked on the west side of the building.

TUESDAY

-11:39 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Van Buren Township Fire Department responded to the 10000 block of Amsterdam Road in Van Buren Township.

-5:48 p.m. medical. Perry Port Salem and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 6000 block of Pasco Montra Road in Perry Township on the report of a crash with injuries.

-2:01 p.m.: medical. Russia Fire Department and Versailles Life Squad responded to the 100 block of Highland Drive in Loramie Township.

-9:43 a.m.: carbon monoxide. Anna Fire Department and Botkins Police responded to the 200 block of Sapphire Court in Franklin Township to conduct a carbon monoxide investigation.

-8:57 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Fire Department and Deputies responded to County Road 25A and Sharp Road in Franklin Township on the report of a two-vehicle crash.

MONDAY

-10:21 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 200 block of North Main Street in McLean Township.

-12:35 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 6000 block of Pasco Montra Road in Perry Township.

-6:03 p.m.: fire. Jackson Center Fire Department responded to the 14000 block of state Route 65 in Jackson Township on the report of an acring power line.

Crashes

FRIDAY

No one was cited following a two-vehicle collision on Monday at 6:40 a.m.

Linda Platfoot, 61, 10920 Sidney Freyburg Road, Sidney, was driving an Anna Local Schools’ vehicle headed westbound on state Route 274 and was stopped at the CSX Railroad crossing, as a safety precaution, when she was rear-ended by a vehicle that failed to stop in time driven by Clayton Gatchell, 59, of Lima.

• No citations were issued following a one-vehicle crash Friday at 6:38 p.m. that was weather-related.

Cody D. Keith, 27, 9030 Tawawa Maplewood Road, Maplewood, was eastbound in the 21000 block of Lefevre Road when he lost control of his vehicle due to the road conditions. The vehicle exited the road to the right, striking the ditch along the roadway.

His Honda Civic sustained moderate damage.

• No one was cited following a weather-related one-vehicle crash on Friday at 2:33 p.m.

Abigail Kramer, 22, of Middletown, was traveling westbound on Wells Road when due to road conditions she lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line and rolled the vehicle while exiting the roadway to the left.

• No one was cited following a weather-related one-vehicle crash on Friday at 7:37 a.m.

Kaitlyn Travis, 26, of Piqua, was traveling southbound on Miami River Road and lost control of the vehicle when attempting to negotiate a left curve because to the icy road conditions. The vehicle slid off the east side of the road before striking a fence at 2720 Miami River Road.
