Crashes

Dylan Kendall, 22, 3308 Chief Tarkee Court, was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:58 p.m.

Kendall was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when he struck the driver’s side of another vehicle when attempting to change lanes from the right lane into the left lane as he was approaching the intersection of South Main Street.

The other vehicle was driven by Randall Hagan, 51, 250 Harvard Drive.

• Brandon Barlage, 22, of Houston, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:19 p.m.

Barlage was parked facing northeast on North Main Avenue and struck the right side of another vehicle that was stopped in traffic on North Main Avenue when he was backing up.

The other vehicle was driven by Jenna Hooks, 21, 10166 Schenk Road.

• John Fogt, 56, 710 Lynn St., was cited with lanes of travel after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:03 p.m.

Fogt was traveling eastbound on West Court Street in the left lane and when attempting to make a right hand turn into the Fuel Stop gas station he was struck by another vehicle also traveling eastbound in the right lane.

The other vehicle was driven by Marvin Martin, 57, 1001 Fourth Ave.

• Makayla Kennedy, 16, 411 N. Ohio Ave., was cited with passing to the left after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 5:29 p.m.

Kennedy was traveling westbound on Michigan Street and caused a collision when attempting to pass another vehicle that was turning left onto Royan Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Janet Sias, 61, 803 Michigan St.
