THURSDAY

-11:54 p.m.: assault. Steven Sommer, 47, 19835 Johnston Drive, was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at 1527 E. Court St.

-5:10 p.m.: theft. Lisa Cooper, 51, 418 Elm St., was arrested for theft after Family Dollar on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of $14.50 in merchandise.

-3:47: p.m.: unlawful restraint. Shacon Barnes, 24, 1054 N. Main Ave., was arrested for unlawful restraint.

-12:06 p.m.: criminal damaging. Picture Perfect on St. Marys Road reported the damage a large flower pot at the business’ driveway entrance, valued at $100.

-11:33 a.m.: possession of drugs. Cherokee Storck, 32, Celina, was arrested for possession of drugs and criminal tools and Daniel Storck, 58, Medway, was arrested on a warrant.

-4:08 a.m.: criminal damaging. Christa Moses, 35, 706 Clinton Ave., reported her glass window had been damaged, valued at $100.

WEDNESDAY

-11:47 p.m.: contempt. Kenneth Price, 50, St. Paris, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-12:45 p.m.: misuse of a credit card. Drema LeMaster, 49, 1221 Riverbend Blvd., reported the misuse of her Mastercard, and damage to the passenger’s side and back windows on her vehicle.

-6:39 a.m.: theft. Lisa Sparks, 50, 1808 Glenn Place, reported the theft of miscellaneous change from her home.

Crashes

Earl Berning, 74, of Botkins, was cited with left on one way street after a three-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:57 p.m.

Berning was traveling southbound in the 200 block of South Ohio Avenue in the right lane and when he attempted to park on the left side of the street by crossing over the left lane was struck by the driver of another vehicle traveling in the left lane on South Ohio Avenue that was driven by Sean Marshall, 44, of West Milton. After Berning’s vehicle was hit it then stuck a parked vehicle on South Ohio Avenue owned by Maureen Oltman, 537 E. Hoewisher Drive.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-7:56 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 1959 Michigan St. for a false fire alarm.

-12:52 to 2:04 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

THURSDAY

-7:33 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a false fire alarm.

-7:33 a.m. to 11:53 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls. One was canceled en route.
