TUESDAY

-1:24 a.m.: in park after hours. Blake Deam, 23, 321 W. North St., was arrested for being in park after hours.

MONDAY

-4:15 p.m.: endangering children. Brandon Combs, 27, 553 Amelia Court, was charged with endangering children while driving his vehicle recklessly.

-2:55 p.m.: unauthorized use of property. Dayla Smith, 22, 831 E. Court St., reported an unauthorized use of her bank card.

-10:47 a.m.: theft. Vicki Shawler, 52, 414 S. Miami Ave., was arrested for theft after Family Dollar on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of $9.75 in merchandise.

-9:07 a.m.: theft. Maxine Bowden, 93, 434 Elm St., reported the theft of her purse, wallet, $20, checkbook, driver’s licence, car keys, miscellaneous cards and a handicap placard. The purse, checkbook and handicap placard were recovered.

-2:32 a.m.: operating under the influence. Anthony Schulze, 20, Minster, was arrested for operating under the influence.

SUNDAY

-9:35 p.m.: warrant. Jonathon Lewis, 40, 1001 Fourth Ave., Lot 20, was arrested on a Miami County warrant.

-7:03 p.m.: assault. Police are investigating a report of an assault at 1816 Shawnee Drive.

-5:50 p.m.: domestic violence. Trinity McCarthy, 37, 212 S. West Ave., was arrested for domestic violence and obstructing official business.

-8:24 a.m.: burglary. Elizabeth Davis, 20, 219 S. West Ave., reported someone entered her home, damaged a window screen, and stole a Sony TV, an Xbox gaming console and Xbox controller.

-8:13 a.m.: violating a protection order. Shawn Greer, 33, 221 E. North St., was arrested for violating a protection order.

-12:35 a.m.: disorderly conduct. David Stephens, 27, 113 N. Highland Ave., Apt. 3E, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

SATURDAY

-8:23 a.m.: theft. Amanda Slaybaugh, 35, 236 Jefferson St., Apt. 6, and Stacy Mariano, 37, 625 Broadway Ave., were issued summonses for theft charges after Family Dollar on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of $4 in merchandise.

-7:43 p.m.: criminal damaging. Bobby Hufford, 37, 628 ½ S. Main Ave., reported the passenger’s side quarter panel of his vehicle was damaged.

-2 p.m.: theft. Mackenzie Johns, 21, 483 W. Parkwood St., reported the theft of her credit card number and the theft of $2.12.

-11:11 a.m.: theft. Karen Swindell, 39, Piqua, reported the theft of her credit card number and the theft of $110.30.

-11:07 a.m.: simple assault. Michael Liveston, 22, 607 Fair Road, was arrested for simple assault.

-10:40 a.m.: simple assault. Bruce Upkins, 50, 123 Oldham Ave., was arrested for simple assault.

-8:56 a.m.: simple assault. Jody Moon, 53, 721 N. West Ave., was arrested for simple assault.

FRIDAY

-8:29 p.m.: identity theft. Taylor Johns, 24, 701 Buckeye Ave., reported her bank account was hacked and used without her permission.

-6:04 p.m.: possession of drugs. Joseph Teasley, 39, 324 Maple St., was arrested for possession of drugs and possessing criminal tools.

-3:12 p.m.: theft. Nicholas Wilkins, 19, 112 Oak Ave., reported the theft of his Craftsman toolbox and tools inside, for a total loss value of $250.

-9:50 a.m.: failure to comply. Michael Cotterman, 45, Covington, and Jody Napier-Bunnell, 45, 1201 Hilltop Ave., were arrested on Miami County warrants. Cotterman was also arrested for failure to comply and Napier-Bunnell was also arrested for obstructing official business after police attempted to make contact with them and they fled the scene in a vehicle.

-8:26 a.m.: theft. Daniel Hamilton, 30, 423 S. Highland Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle and stole a digital electrical meter.

-5:22 a.m.: theft. Mandie Barga, 40, at large, was arrested for theft.

THURSDAY

-5:25 p.m.: warrant. Elissa Graham, 22, 217 ½ E. North St., was arrested on a warrant.

March 8

-12:15 a.m.: unauthorized use of property. Kory Harris, 27, 561 Stonecastle Court, reported phone harassment and his voice mail had been accessed without his permission.

Crashes

Tisha Case, 27, 3288 Sidney Freyburg Road, was cited with failure to yield following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 12:28 p.m.

Case was pulling out from an alley and was attempting to turn left on Court Street when she did not see an eastbound vehicle on Court Street and struck the vehicle driven by Shelly Mann, 53, 6037 Pasco Montra Road.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-5:12 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

MONDAY

-10:58 p.m.: fire. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-1:32 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-3:42 a.m. to 10:47 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls.

SUNDAY

-4:14 p.m: fire. Crews responded to mile-marker 86 on Interstate 75 on report of a grass fire.

-3:58 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation. No problem was found.

-8:06 a.m. to 9:23 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.
