WEDNESDAY

-5:23 p.m.: probation violation. Stacy Mariano, 37, 625 Broadway Ave., was arrested on an active warrant.

-3:43 p.m.: theft. Kylie Hopkins, 24, 608 Addy Ave., reported someone entered her vehicle and stole her wallet, containing $10, her ID, Social Security card and bank card.

-3:22 p.m.: lost property. Donna Elliot, 67, 1198 Huron Court, reported her Honda Credit Union bank card was lost.

-1:21 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Caroline Reier, 45, 624 Mohican Court, was issued a citation for driving under OVI suspension.

-11:44 a.m.: found property. A Visa debit card belonging to Andrew Brooks, 28, 714 Broadway Ave., was found at Broadway Avenue and Johnston Drive and was turned into the police department.

-8:53 a.m.: probation violation. Derrick Roesser, 39, 824 ½ S. Main Ave., was arrested for a probation violation.

MONDAY

-1:32 p.m.: warrant. Mason Brown, 21, 600 ½ N. Main Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

Crashes

Robert Fleming III, 55, 219 S. Miami Ave., was arrested for OVI and cited with assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:17 p.m.

Fleming was traveling eastbound on East Court Street approaching the intersection of South Walnut Avenue when he struck the rear of the vehicle attempting to stop for the red light that was driven by Teresa Jenkins, 45, of St. Marys. The collision caused Jenkins’ vehicle to hit a guardrail. Fleming’s vehicle then continued onward and struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Nicole Herron, 38, 928 Buckeye Ave., which was stopped at the red light.

Fleming and Herron were transported by Sidney Fire Department to Wilson Health.

• Benjamin Elsass, 32, of Anna, was cited with right of way turning following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 1:02 p.m.

Elsass was traveling westbound on state Route 47 when as he was attempting to turn southbound onto Interstate 75 he turned in front of the eastbound vehicle on state Route 47 driven by Jeremy Watkins, 26, 640 N. Ohio Ave., causing Watkins to strike the passenger’s side of Elsass’ vehicle.

• Peggy Folk, 63, of St. Marys, was cited with marked lanes following a collision on Monday at 1:32 p.m.

Folk was traveling northbound on North Main Avenue in the right lane when she merged into the left lane and struck the vehicle driven by Mary Winemiller, 39, 600 ½ N. Main Ave., that was traveling northbound in the left lane on North Main Avenue.

Winemiller’s passenger, William Heckler, 19, 600 ½ N. Main Ave., was transported by Sidney Fire to Wilson Health.

-12:51 to 6:09 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls.

WEDNESDAY

-4:17 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-3:54 to 8:43 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.

-2:35 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.
