THURSDAY

-6:11 p.m.: theft. Teresa Baker, 44, 1538 Westwood Drive, reported a theft by deception of $400 from Hazel Lapoint, 68, 227 Helen Court.

-4:01 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Roger Young, 22, 217 ½ E. North St., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-3:13 p.m.: probation violation. Anthony McClain, 28, 922 Spruce Ave., was arrested on a probation violation warrant and a contempt warrant.

-1:41 p.m.: probation violation. Corey Arbogast Jr., 25, 301 S. Miami Ave., was arrested on a probation violation warrant and for resisting arrest.

-12:45 p.m.: burglary. Harold Fouts, 46, 302 New St., reported a burglary at his residence.

-9:36 a.m.: breaking and entering. Nancy Kolsky, 59, 1335 Shroyer Place, reported a Craftsman air compressor was taken from her residence.

-9:19 a.m.: theft. Tommy Webb, 49, 816 Broadway Ave., reported the theft of his Sylvan boat and Dext boat trailer, valued at $500, from his residence.

-7:57 a.m.: criminal damaging. Ashley Blanchard, 30, 434 ½ N. Miami Ave., reported someone she knows damaged her door and door jam, entered her residence without permission, assaulted her and took her cellphone without permission.

-7:43 a.m.: theft. Lawrence Kemp, 26, 215 Belmont Ave., reported the possible theft of his Diamond Back trailer, valued at $4,000.

WEDNESDAY

-8:45 p.m.: warrant. Thomas McMahon, 34, 120 Piper St., was arrested on an active warrant.

-6:37 p.m.: domestic violence. David Gillem, 40, 527 Fourth Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

Crashes

David Burns, 33, of Troy, was cited with failure to control after a crash on Wednesday at 7:52 p.m.

Burns was traveling northbound on the Interstate 75 northbound exit ramp at mile-marker 90 when he lost control of his vehicle, went off to the right and struck a guardrail. He then continued northbound through the intersection and struck the guardrail on the north side of Fair Road head-on.

• Barbara Walters, 72, 632 Folkerth Ave., was cited with right of way turning left after a three-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 2:49 p.m.

Walters was attempting to turn left onto Fourth Avenue from state Route 47 when she failed to yield and struck the driver’s side of the westbound vehicle on state Route 47 driven by Jordan Thornburg, 22, 634 Ardiss Place, which then caused Thornburg’s vehicle to veer off to the right and strike the westbound vehicle driven by Devon McLane, 17, of Maplewood, which was stopped for the red light on Fourth Avenue.

FRIDAY

-5:36 a.m.: gas leak. Firefighters responded to 228 Helen Court on the report of a natural gas leak.

-12:07 a.m..: medical. Crews responded to a call.

THURSDAY

-4:06 p.m.: service call. Firefighters responded to 117 W. Russell Road on the report of a much fire.

-10:16 a.m. to 7:40 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to eight calls.

-9:46 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to Holy Angels School on East Water Street for a false fire alarm.
