WEDNESDAY

-12:45 a.m.: driving under the influence. James Davidson, 52, Piqua, was arrested for OVI.

TUESDAY

-8:58 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Shawn Lewis, 46, Piqua, was arrested for driving under OVI suspension.

-3:13 p.m.: found property. A brown wallet containing miscellaneous cards belonging to Michael Lee, at large, was found an turned into the police department.

-2:06 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of a possible theft made by V.P. Racing Fuel on Michigan Street.

-noon: criminal damaging. Kathy Layman, 63, 113 S. Wilkinson Ave., reported her vehicle was egged at her residence.

-10:53 a.m.: warrant. James Livingston, 39, 523 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on a Miami County warrant.

Crashes

Aliviya Schulze, 16, 884 Crescent Drive, was cited with right of way following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 11:36 a.m.

Schulze was traveling eastbound on Goode Street and was attempting to turn northbound on St. Marys Road when she failed to see and pulled in the pathway of another vehicle traveling southbound on St. Marys Road approaching the intersection of Goode Street causing a collision on the rear of Schultze’s vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Greg Doseck, 44, 330 Grove St.
