-9:20 p.m.: warrant. Dekodda Goins, 24, 221 E. North St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant through the Champaign County Sheriff”s Office.

-8:17 p.m.: contempt. Timothy Caudill, 48, Anna, was arrested on an active warrant.

-8:02 p.m.: theft. Lisa Walker, 50, 620 Addy Ave., reported someone stole her Samsung Galaxy S5 cellphone, cellphone wallet and driver’s license from her lunch box while she was working at Ply Gem Siding Group on Campbell Road.

-5:14 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Mohammad Malouh, 28, Toledo, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-1:44 p.m.: warrant. Robert Hull, 32, 811 N. Miami Ave., was served a summons for conducting business without a permit.

-1:20 p.m.: identity theft. LFR Properties on West Poplar Street reported a business computer was hacked.

-8:22 a.m.: theft. Lochard Incorporated on Wapakoneta Avenue reported scrap metal was taken without permission.

-7:46 a.m.: theft. Dezara Carpenter, 46, Anna, reported $400 was taken from her vehicle at 423 Linden Ave.

FRIDAY

-9:04 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to false fire alarm.

-5:57 to 11:01 a.m..: medical. Crews responded to five calls.

THURSDAY

-2:22 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to DP&L on Campbell Road for a false fire alarm.

-10:28 a.m.: service call. Firefighters responded for a public service call.

-8:08 a.m. to 9:21 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to nine calls. Medical attention was not needed upon the arrival of one call.
