Dubose violates probation

SIDNEY – A return to the Shelby County Jail was the ruling for a woman found to be in violation of her probation in three criminal cases.

Michelle R. Dubose, 37, at large, was ordered back to jail for 30 days for the violations in cases with two charges of possession of drugs, and trafficking in drugs. She was to be released into the Miami House program when an opening became available.

In other recent cases in Shelby County Common Pleas Court:

• Shyla Kimberly Williamson, 25, 807 S. Brooklyn Ave., was given five years of probation on a charge of attempted possession of drugs. She was also fined $200, assessed court costs, and ordered to successfully complete drug and alcohol counseling.

• Randy Hurst, 55, 433 E. Poplar St., was placed on five years of probation on a charge of possession of criminal tools. He was also fined $300, assessed the court costs, and he must successfully complete drug and alcohol counseling.

• Josh R. Roe, 29, at large, was placed on five years of probation on a charge of possession of drugs. He was also fined $300, assessed the court costs, and order to successfully complete drug and alcohol counseling.

• Dock Foy Jr., 27, 1210 Amherst Drive, was placed on five years of probation on a charge of possession of drugs. He was also fined $300, assessed court costs, and order to successfully complete drug and alcohol counseling.
