-1:27 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint about an elderly woman at the residence of 12506 State Route 362, Unit 52, in McLean Township.

-12:20 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to the 12000 block of state Route 119 in Franklin Township on the report of a suspicious jeep driving slow in the area.

TUESDAY

-8:33 p.m.: threats or harassment. Deputies were dispatched to 10948 Commanche Drive in Washington Township on the report of harassment.

-8:09 p.m.: threats or harassment. Deputies were dispatched to Houston High School on Houston Road in Loramie Township on the report of threats.

-3:45 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 17601 State Route 47 in Salem Township on the report of damage to a motorcycle.

-3:40 p.m.: property damage crash. Jackson Center Police were dispatched to the 200 block of West Pike Street in Jackson Township on the report of a property damage crash.

Crashes

Carmen Baker, 19, 11533 State Route 119 west, Anna, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 9:40 p.m.

Baker was traveling west on East Main Street, in Anna, when she did not stop in time and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of her waiting to make a left hand turn onto South Pike Street.

The other vehicle was driven by Lisa Guthrie, 38, of Lima.

-2:20 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 9800 block of Houston Road in Washington Township.

-12:04 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 19200 block of Botkins Road in Jackson Township.

-8:23 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 10200 block of Kaser Road in Washington Township.
