TUESDAY

-11:14 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Cody A. Plaisted, 24, at large, on a charge of driving under the influence after a traffic crash at Court Street and Royan Avenue.

-8:11 p.m.: domestic violence. Police charged an 11-year-old juvenile in connection with a domestic assault against another juvenile. The victim had an apparent minor injury.

-5:41 p.m.: abandoning animals. Police arrested Nathan Sharp, 41, 215 Franklin Ave., on a warrant charging him with abandoning animals.

-4:48 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Richard Hensley, 38, 225 Queen St., on a parole violation holder.

-3:15 p.m.: property lost. Jean Bosslet, 1118 E. Parkwood St., reported losing a gold bracelet, valued at $1,500.

-8:25 a.m.: burglary. Michael Thomas, 826 Crescent Drive, reported a bedroom set, five video games, a gaming console, a gold ring with diamonds, and a gold necklace, valued at $1,700, were stolen from his residence.

-6:53 a.m.: theft. Fuel, valued at $20, was stolen from the vehicle of Scott Selanders, 223 Bon Air Drive, at the residence.

MONDAY

-12:24 p.m.: theft and criminal trespass. Police served a summons to Bruce Gordon, 55, 1114 Hayes St., on charges of theft and criminal trespass. He allegedly stole a tire rim for a semi rig, valued at $20, from Sidney Trucking, 777 Russell Road.

Accidents

Brent Napier, 40, 10650 Schenk Road, was cited with a traffic control device violation after an accident Tuesday at 8:03 a.m.

Napier was northbound on South Walnut Avenue and failed to stop for a red traffic light at Court Street. His pickup truck was struck by an auto that was westbound on Court. The driver of the other vehicle was Alexys R. Graham, 22, 228 Brooklyn Ave. Both drivers had possible injuries. The Department of Fire & Emergency Services took Graham to Wilson Memorial Hospital.

• Tasha N. Carpenter, 25, of Wapakoneta, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Carpenter was eastbound on Dallas Street. She pulled away from a stop sign at Main Avenue and hit a northbound auto driven by Karen S. Sharp, 51, 3699 Leatherwood Creek Road.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-10:55 a.m. to 9:42 p.m.: Medics responded to six calls.

-6:17 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were called to 261 W. Pinehurst St., where there were smoldering pizza boxes inside an oven.

-2:38 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to 456 S. Stolle Ave. It was a false alarm.
