TUESDAY

-1:06 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 10841 Millcreek Road in Washington Township on the report of the theft of a tool and that checks written on the caller’s account.

-12:36 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at 4662 Hardin Wapakoneta Road that people were removing items from the residence.

MONDAY

-9:11 p.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to 7330 State Route 274 in Van Buren Township on the report of a trespassing.

-5:12 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies responded to the 14400 block of Schmitmeyer Baker Road in McLean Township on the report of vandalism to a car.

-2:16 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 4662 Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Washington Township on the report of the theft of a lawnmower.

-2:11 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to Lockington Unite Methodist Church on Museum Trail in Washington Township on the report of the theft of checks.

-1:04 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint regarding Snapchat pictures at Sidney High School on Campbell Road.

-12:51 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies responded to the 9000 block of County Road 25A in Franklin Township on the report a mailbox was hit in the past.

-12:16 p.m.: shooting. Deputies were dispatched to Fair Road at Fourth Avenue on the report of shooting in the area.

-10:15 a.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at Russia School on School Street.

-2:26 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 13477 Sycamore Trail in Van Buren Township on the report someone threw a tape measure through the window of the residence.

SUNDAY

-11:34 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of River Road in Orange Township on the report a white Dodge truck was in the railroad access lane.

-7:03 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to Loramie Washington Road at Taylor Road on the report a vehicle hit a pole.

-5:33 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to Kaser Road at Miami Conservancy Road in Washington Township on the report of a one-vehicle crash.

-5:31 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to Clear Street at West Main Street on the report a vehicle hit a pole.

SATURDAY

-3:01 p.m.: theft deception. Daye A. Davis, 6534 Johnston Slagle Road, Sidney, reported she had sold a cellphone on eBay for $800. The item was shipped but she hasn’t received payment from the person who purchased it. PayPal is investigating the incident and asked her to file a police report.

-7:46 a.m.: theft without consent. Douglas S. Koverman, 3300 Miller Road, Russia, reported someone charged $1,500 in purchases to his credit card. One package was shipped to his residence. The credit card was canceled and the money was reimbursed to his account.

-4:24 p.m.: property damage crash. Botkins Police was dispatched to the Botkins swimming pool on East State Street in Dinsmore Township on the report of a property damage crash.

TUESDAY

-11:16 a.m.: crash with injuries. Anna Rescue, Jackson Center Fire Department and Police and Deputies responded to the 17000 block of state Route 65 in Jackson Township on the report a vehicle crashed into a tree.

-5:50 a.m.: crash with injuries. Anna Rescue, Jackson Center Fire Department and Deputies responded to the 19000 block of state Route 119 in Jackson Township on the report a motorcycle hit a deer.

-10:02 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 12500 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

-8:19 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 5500 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.

-5:14 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 2500 block of Leatherwood Creek Road in Green Township.

-11:07 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police responded to the 200 block of South Mill Street in Dinsmore Township.

-3:39 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 200 block of Cole Street in Jackson Township.

-2:38 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 5500 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.

SUNDAY

-8:38 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the 12000 block of state Route 362 in McLean Township.

-5:14 p.m.: fire. Lockington Fire Department responded to Clear Creek Farms on Kuther Road in Washington Township.

-5:03 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire Department responded to 12039 Thelma Drive in McLean Township on the report of the smell of gas in the area.

Crashes

Marissa Anne Sharpe, 19, 836 St. Marys Ave., Apt. F, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash Friday at 4:55 p.m.

Sharpe was northbound on state Route 29 when she approached a vehicle driven by Darlene A. Prater, 56, 18440 Roettger Road, Botkins, who was also traveling north on the road. Sharpe was unable to stop and struck the rear of Prater’s vehicle.

Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

• No one was cited following a crash on Thursday at 4:07 p.m.

Darrin Moore, 47, of Fletcher, was traveling eastbound on a motorcycle on state Route 29 when he failed to negotiate the turn at the intersection with McCloskey School Road, ran off the right side of the road, lost control in the gravel, sliding out and high siding in the grass.
