TUESDAY

-8:28 p.m.: warrant. James Livingston, 39, 523 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-4:33 p.m.: theft. Arthur Adkins, 19, at large, was arrested for shoplifting after Sidney Food Town on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of Coricidin medication tablets.

-2:40 p.m.: criminal damaging. Angela Hensley, 56, 333 E. North St., Apt. 313, reported the hood of her vehicle was damaged.

-2:39 p.m.: warrant. Dustin Farthing, 25, Branson, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant out of Missouri.

-12:37 p.m.: menacing. Robert Parker, 29, 217 N. Highland Ave., was arrested for menacing.

-8:47 a.m.: vandalism. It was reported that someone entered the Sidney Preschool building on South Main Avenue between the June 27-30 and damaged a fire extinguisher, valued at $200.

-8:24 a.m.: contempt. Amber Lewis, 36, 2342 Collins Drive, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-7:36 a.m.: theft. Robert Coverstone, 65, 1500 Westlake Drive, reported someone entered his vehicle and took $65, a pair of Siemens hearing aids, and a bag of Dial-a-Ride tokens, valued at $130.

MONDAY

-2:29 p.m.: theft. Elisha Williamson, 31, 1327 Garfield Ave., reported someone stole her credit card numbers and stole $28.95.

Crashes

Jordan Young, 18, 18840 State Route 47 east, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:12 p.m.

Young was traveling eastbound on Court Street and was unable to stop in time and struck the rear of the vehicle stopping in front of him for the red light at Main Avenue that was driven by Jerry Vanhorn, 48, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave.

Sidney Rescue Squad responded to the scene.

-12:01 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a false fire alarm.

TUESDAY

-4:13 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to an automobile crash

-4:23 p.m.: gasoline spill. Crews responded to wash down the roadway.

-3:49 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a residential false fire alarm.

-3:12 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to a call.
