-2:03 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Melvin Brown, 39, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-11:43 a.m.: theft. Shawn Greer, 34, 220 E. North St., reported someone took a Mongoose boy’s bicycle from his residence.

TUESDAY

-11:51 a.m.: theft. Patricia Aviles, 67, 630 Second Ave., reported someone took an orange push mower from her yard.

Crashes

Brandy Hicks, 28, 1507 E. Court St., Apt. D, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 12:51 p.m.

Hicks was traveling southbound on Ohio Avenue when she failed to stop and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of her that was driven by James Baugh, 69, 892 Crescent Drive.
