WEDNESDAY

-4:34 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested Thomas Christopher Johnson, 54, at large, at 201 S. Ohio Ave. on a felony warrant from Minnesota.

-12:32 a.m.: criminal damaging. Randy Brown, 2531 Oakmont Court, reported the passenger side of his car was scratched at 2881 W. Michigan St. Loss was $250.

TUESDAY

-11:37 p.m.: assault. Amy Coffey, 106 E. Robinwood St., reported someone assaulted her at 803 W. North St. She had an apparent minor injury.

-9:25 p.m.: property lost. Karen Cornett, 402 Sixth Ave., reported she lost prescription medication.

-2:57 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Kylie N. Delafuenta, 21, 836 Park St., Apt. A, on charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging. She allegedly assaulted Antwon Thomas, 329 Maple St., and damaged the windshield of a car. Thomas had an apparent minor injury.

-2:08 p.m.: burglary. Gerald Bales, 201 S. Highland Ave., reported a burglary at his residence. A window was broken.

-10:10 a.m.: theft. Angela Neth, 630 Foraker Ave., reported someone entered her vehicle overnight at 420 Brookburn St. and stole a camera, valued at $300.

SUNDAY

-2:44 p.m.: property theft. A bicycle was found at 510 Aurora Court and given to police.

-8:22 a.m.: property found. A wallet belonging to Louisa Munford was found at 1524 Michigan St. and given to police.

Accidents

William R. Reynolds, 31, 222 Washington St., was cited with a vehicle brakes violation after an accident Saturday at 2:04 p.m.

Reynolds was southbound on Brooklyn Avenue at Children’s Home Road. His brakes failed and his auto rolled back into a car behind him driven by Stacey L. DeLong, 41, 1214 Turner Drive.

• Thomas L. Massengill, 76, 232 N. Oak Ave., was cited with failure to control after an accident Tuesday at 6:25 a.m.

Massengill was northbound in the 300 block of South Highland Avenue. As he passed a parked auto, a southbound vehicle passed him. Massengill failed to control his vehicle and his passenger-side mirror hit the driver-side mirror of the parked car of Robert R. Johnson, of Toledo.

• Taylor Kleiber, 21, 814 N. Main Ave., was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Tuesday at 8:39 a.m. Kleiber pulled from a private drive onto the 1500 block of North Main Avenue and collided with a northbound auto driven by Lisa Kerrigan, 57, 1427 N. Main Ave.
• Tyrell S. Knox, 24, of Piqua, was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Tuesday at 4:46 p.m.

Knox was northbound on Wapakoneta Avenue and struck the rear of a car that was stopped northbound at Williams Street. The driver of the other auto was Jordan L. Thornburg, 20, 634 Ardiss Place.
