TUESDAY

-12:20 p.m.: telephone harassment. Police are investigating the report made by Carol Bias, 31, 701 W. North St. of receiving harassing text messages.

-9:11 a.m.: contempt. Abby Anthony, 29, New Knoxville, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-9:07 a.m.: forgery. Days Inn on Folkerth Avenue reported a past forgery had occurred at the business.

-8:17 a.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating the report made by Checkered Flag Drive Thru on Wapakoneta Avenue that someone pried open and damaging a door to the carry out and stole $500 and 15 cartons of cigarettes, valued at $1,000.

SUNDAY

-10:19 p.m.: unauthorized use of vehicle. Jacquoline Folkerth, 33, 702 S. Miami Ave., reported her vehicle was taken without permission.

Crashes

Tia Bennion, 21, 712 Countryside Lane, was cited with turning right as close to right curb after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 7:07 p.m.

Bennion was stopped at the red light on East North Street at the intersection of North Main Avenue and when she attempted to make a right hand turn onto North Main Street, she struck the vehicle which had pulled up to her right side her that was driven by Jessica Billing, 25, 72 N. Brooklyn St.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-5:46 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-1:04 p.m: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation.

-11:04 a.m. to 10:53 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to two calls.
