WEDNESDAY

-2:37 a.m.: domestic violence. Harold Engley III, 39, 505 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

TUESDAY

-9:07 p.m.: theft. John Fugate, 53, 701 Johnston Drive, reported the theft of a Great Neck impact wrench, valued at $75, a Murray chain saw, valued at $100, and $100 worth of miscellaneous tools from his residence.

-4:06 p.m.: theft. Shanta McCauley, 31, 230 S. Miami Ave., reported the theft of her buffet clarinet from the band room at the Sidney Middle School. The clarinet was taken from a locker without a lock in the band room. The instrument is valued at $1,500.

MONDAY

-9:29 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jose Serna, 40, of Troy, was served a summons for criminal damaging after the driver’s side mirror on the vehicle owned by Ryan McKee, 34, 345 W. Clay St., was reported to be severely cracked. Damage was set at $100.

-4:08 a.m.: theft. Omie Eaton, 57, 315 Washington St., reported theft of a radio, valued at $50, a GPS, valued at $100, miscellaneous tools, valued at $100, and an unknown amount of vehicle lights and mirrors, valued at $250, were stolen from her vehicle at her residence.

-8:14 a.m.: found property. A blue bi-fold containing the ID belonging to Timothy A. Lamb II, address unknown, was found and turned into the police department.

SUNDAY

-10:39 a.m.: theft. A warrant was issued after a 19-inch Samsung flat screen TV owned by Justin Wigginton, 32, 215 ½ E. North St., was reportedly stolen by someone known from 2400 Wapakoneta Ave., Apt, 010.

Crashes

Nancy McLain, 75, 824 Lochard Road, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:37 p.m.

McLain had been stopped facing the east in a line of vehicles at the stop sign on Gleason Street at the intersection of North Vandemark Road when she pulled forward and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of her driven by Brian Schulze, 40, Russia.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-2:26 to 2:37 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

TUESDAY

-10:38 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched on the report of a brush fire.

-7:37 a.m. to 11:43 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on five calls. One was canceled en route.
